While back ago I ordered online, went to pick it up and it was not even started, they were working on closing when it was 45 mins til close. I work in a restaurant so I know you can work on closing job durning the shift but you still have to keep an eye on customer order rather there inside or you have mobile orders or app orders. They made my food, rushed through it and my fries were not even cooked all the way through and I had scraps of Rachel’s bowl that was left over. Rather your closing at a certain you are also opened until that time and can make less product to get you through the rest of your open hours. I should have to get cold non cooked fries and scraps.
Thought I try them again today I didn’t realized they closed at 730 so it is 45 mins til close once again and I called this time to make an order so they actually get thr order this time… the kid that answered the phone said we do not do call in orders and we just had a huge rush and have chicken left so when you do order online you know what we have. So I hung up to make an order online so they get it in time and they closed their orders online! Why tell me to do an online order when you know it’s freaking closed! Such bad service and I will never go back after...
Read morei’m extremely confused about the serving portions. When the managers is there and is preparing your salads, he gives the balance portions. If you want something extra, he puts in the same amount as the first portion. It appears that when the manager is not there in the Williamsville store. The portions are subpar and when you ask for double for example extra meat. You would think they would duplicate the first portion that they put in. If you get a cup full, then they turn around and give you 1/4 a cup for the double which is ridiculous. You can ask them what items are extra up charge if requested. And when you get to the end of the line, the young lady that check you out wants to charge you for an extra leaf of lettuce. Which is ridiculous. I am in and out of this store purchasing two meals probably every other day. I get Better portions at the cheesecake factory for the same amount, which is ridiculous. there seems to be some type of ambiguity. The people who are working the store in the evenings is not on par with the manager and how he serves the food. I could have choked and died on that DRY, CRUSTY, MUSTY CHICKEN AND FRIES! The chicken is SO HARD, I can barely break it apart! ALL INEDIBLE! That chicken was TRASH - literally went against food safety standards!!!!🤮
Food waste is part of the industry; putting profits before customers will leave you with NO CUSTOMERS! This is why I barely eat out - no integrity and laziness! On the blue moon I decided to eat out - I’m reminded why I don’t!
I would rather wait for a fresh batch or pick a different protein! She knew that it was bad too; is that why she didn’t charge me for “double” (that wasn’t even doubled, she obviously didn’t want to cook more) protein? To ease her conscious? Disgusting!🤮
I wouldn’t serve that crap to a stray dog and the “greek dressing” I will never get that again - it’s like a I can feel the inflammation from eating that cheap oil, I suspect it’s rancid!!!! 🤮
