I’m not usually one to complain or leave a poor review but I used to work in food service as a manager, & the service here was unacceptable. First of all, I went in at 6pm on a Thursday. It was completely dead there, only one car in front of me in the drive thru & maybe a customer or two inside. I ordered one combo meal. When I pulled up to the window I smiled and said hello, the lady at the window looked at me as I greeted her and said nothing, she just walked away. Another girl appeared and I said hello and she just said “drink!” And handed me a drink with no straw. (I know they usually put the straw in the bag) then I waited for NO JOKE 10+ minutes for food. They could’ve simply given me a straw after I had already been waiting for a few minutes and let me know it’d be just a few more minutes… but that didn’t happen. I saw at least 6 people walk by the window, nobody acknowledged me. Then a guy with a cool gold necklace who looked like a manager came near the window and I had to get his attention, when I did I asked him for ketchup and a barbecue sauce in the bag and he walked away right at the end of my sentence without any acknowledgement. The whole time I’m waiting I can hear a crowd of employees talking and laughing really loud while I’m being neglected. When they FINALLY handed me my food, I said thank you & NOBODY said sorry for the wait or thank you for your patience or EVEN have a good day! Just handed me my food in silence so I opened the bag and they didn’t even put any sauce in there and I had to ask again for sauce. The workers weren’t being mean or anything, & they all seemed in a good mood but were just really careless and displayed really poor customer service. They need more training and the managers do too. Read moreLast night I came through the drive-thru to order myself a meal. Nothing special just a day of single. There was an SUV in line a second SUV myself and then a pickup I sat in line for over 10 minutes why you waited for the gentleman in the first SUV. When the second SUV pulled up you told that woman wait a minute Wait a minute Wait a minute. We sat for 20 minutes no one ever came to take her order. She got angry and she pulled away I then pulled up and again was told to wait the guy in the pickup behind me got upset and he backed out of the drive-thru and left. I gave you another few minutes and then I pulled away. At the time I left you were still working with the food for the first SUV that had went through the line almost 30 minutes prior. I don't know what the problem was I just know that I was extremely unhappy. If the staff is not there I understand that you're going to be slower but when you can't even take orders for customers at the same time you're serving food for others there's a problem. The woman working drive-thru through could barely speak English with a very thick accent we couldn't understand what she was saying so we pulled up to the first window and a young man shrugged his shoulders and said uhhh go to the next window. We went and it was the woman trying to take our order we were very polite trying to not get frustrated but it was impossible with her not even understanding half the stuff we were saying to her. There were no cars in line behind us. We asked OK can we just take the order here and she told us no that we have to go back around to the speaker to do so were we couldn't her what she was saying g in the first place. I have no problem with people from different countries or immigrants working but if you can't speak or understand English very well why do you have them working the drive through it also seemed to me that maybe this was they're only choice maybe or were understaffed but I t doesn't make it any...
