Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ONE! GO TO THE ONE IN DEER PARK!! Whats the point in ordering contactless delivery if you cant deliver it that way?? This was my 2nd time trying to order from them and another HORRIBLE delivery person Joynal. If Joynal cant understand directions he should find a new job! Last time I ordered they couldnt find my apartment after putting specific directions in while ordering. Tonight i decided to give it another try since I see dominoes delivering to my neighbors in the same development all the time!!!!! his behavior with tonights delivery was UNACCEPTABLE! he couldnt find it again and instead of even trying to look for it or calmly asking, I even got on the phone and verbally tried to walk him through it, he yells and screams for me to come meet him cause he has other deliverys to make and doesnt have time to find my apartment. Yelling and screaming through the courtyard all the way back to his car. Called the manager to say something and all he says is sorry! I'll take your tip back you DONT...

About a month ago I went into the Dominos in Babylon located Cooper St and Montauk Hwy in Babylon. I ordered two of their sandwiches that should have been $5.99 each as printed on their menu and has been the price ever since Dominos introduced the sandwich. I told them to refund the difference.

Went in there last night 4/22/16 and asked the young man behind the register for four sandwiches and asked him how much they are each, he said he wasn't sure and would check, then told me $6.99 each. I pointed out the menu states they are $5.99 each, so a "Manager" had to override the price.

Basically these thieving price gougers programmed the price into the system on purpose at a higher dollar amount. Please just be aware and on the alert ! I am going to be contacting corporate to see if this acceptable behavior for their franchisees.

Worst delivery and customer service experience. The manager and staff do not listen at all. The person taking the order put in the wrong address and did not tell us we apparently cannot order from this location. The food took 1 hour and 30 mins to come since we placed the order the manager said that it only took 45 mins based on their GPS tracking. I then explained that the food was ice cold when it was deleiver. The manager stated that I am wrong and that the food cannot be cold. I told him the food is cold and he did not listen and says it is not possible. Best he could do was free medium pizza which bashd on oth er reviews on here that's probably a lie.best part is it's only for this location that apparently we are not allowed to order from so we would have to pick up this "pizza". What a waste of money ordering from this place and so stressful dealing with the awful staff at this location. Avoid this place...
