Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

I went in at 9:15 at night with my daughters and got a dozen donuts and a mango smoothie for one of my kids. The young lady behind the counter called her coworker on the headset and proceeded to make fun of us in Spanish saying that we're crazy for coming in at 9 at night and ordering a smoothie. Maybe she didn't realize white people can speak Spanish too. If I had a dollar for every time she rolled her eyes as my kids were deciding what donuts to get, I could have gotten the dozen for free. When the other co-worker came out and made the smoothie, she put it on the counter furthest away and then they both walked into the drive thru area and completely ignored us after that. Didn't say, here you go, it's ready, have a good night... Nothing like that. They were both very unprofessional and had very poor customer service skills. And I definitely don't like being talked about in front of my face in any language. I'm so sorry I came in at 9:15 and asked you to do your job. Btw, there open 24 hours so the time shouldn't matter. Really debated writing this review but hopefully someone will see it who cares & wants to make a difference. This Dunkin is terrible. The good reviews but be friends or paid reviewers. I had to throw out 2 orders of everything mini bagels and 2 avocado toasts because they tasted like cleaner, actual chemicals or soap. I wrote to the Dunkin app & they said someone in management would reach out. No one ever did. I honestly dont even think they have management there. Employees who need a job and dont care. They also must be reheating food multiple times or holding on to unused food too long as i went another time after that (its the closest dunkin to my house) and i asked for 2 everything bagels NOT toasted, they gave me 1 bagel which was toasted. I spoke to my sister about it and she said the same thing happens to her which makes me think theyre reheating stale food to freshen it up. The energy drinks which should be carbonated are often flat & they put too much syrup and water instead of club soda. Ill be going to a dunkin out of my way before work now because they...

Rare for me to ever give one star. Location, cleanliness, staff is great. But all of my drive through experiences (mornings) have been bad. Egg and cheese wrap always tastes like cleaning spray and the tortilla is always uncooked.

As someone who worked at Dunkin long time ago, I think the container you are using to store thawed eggs in your under counter fridge is transferring that flavor and smell. Either that or the tray you use for frozen eggs to thaw. I am assuming you are dunking this container or tray to clean or wiping it with something and not letting it dry. It’s really gross. Please fix this. It will get people sick.

Also cooking the egg and cheese in the oven with many other things at different temps causing the wrap to be uncooked, happens with hash browns too, frozen in the middle.

Same issue with coffee, maybe same cleaning spray/ liquid issue there too. Sometimes the lid smell the same as the weird cleaning supply taste on the wraps.
