Beware of this business! I purchased my dad a gift card in June of 2023 for $25. However, when he went to use it he said he was informed that they donāt know what that is, they donāt do that here. He said he was also informed it was expired.
I would like to note that New York State law is that any gift card purchased after December 2022 is valid for a minimum of 9 years. I have attached a photo their website showing the availability of gift card purchase.
When I emailed the store about this, one of the owners called me and had an extremely hostile conversation, telling me that the NYS law on expiration was for corporations like āTargetā and they are a small business - Note: The law does not specify business size, and all business are expected to uphold it.
While they did eventually honor the gift card, they first tried to offer only $20, and it should not have been something he had an issue over, when it is offered directly on their website. The new gift card was also written out with a 6 month expiration date - not allowed in NYS.
The owner was completely unapologetic and unprofessional, did not agree to update their 6 month expiration policy despite being informed of the law, and it has completely soured me on this business. I would highly recommend...

The last three times I have gotten it, it has had a lot of cinnamon. I don't remember cinnamon in the recipe. Not to mention they use a lot less granola than they used to. This last time I asked the girl about the recipe and she said she wasn't sure. I let her know it tasted very different than when I was used to.
