I had picked up near $90 dollar purchase for lunch break. When I got back to work, ready to eat my meal, we realized that the order was wrong. The 2 Midwestern Turkey BLTs were egg sandwiches on a hero. I called about the mistake, they offered to fix it.
I HAD to drive back to the store from my job WITH the egg sandwiches, the employee gave me the corrected heroes. I did say if he plans on throwing these egg sandwiches out, I could keep them. The employee stated unfortunately we have to take these back.
I asked him if he realizes that I am using my limited break time to drive again BACK here to the store to have this rectified. He did not respond. I was inconvenienced, and not once offered to be compensated, heck not even an apology. Seriously what's a damn egg sandwich worth? Terrible.

There hasn’t been a single order in the last 10 orders that hasn’t had something majorly wrong despite various attempts at making accurate instructions. How hard is it to understand that selecting “bacon, egg, and cheese“, checking off “extra meat”, and writing in the note box; make the extra meat sausage, make the extra meat sausage in addition to the bacon, and make the extra meat sausage (1/2 bacon 1/2 sausage) all mean Adding bacon and sausage? Not double bacon, not double sausage. It isn’t hard, either fix the mobile order interface to include specific extra meats or read. I was ordering my meal w one of the ladies and she just was so rude taking my order I asked for light mayo, she continued to write just mayo I asked again can you put light mayo, and didn’t so once she did that I just said forget it, because I asked 2x for light mayo. Also once you order your food usually when you order a coffee they give it to you right away, she waited to give us the coffee until we paid. Once we paid she proceeded to shove our bag of food to us, instead of using the handles to pass us the bag.
I also watched her touch a whole tray of muffins to the back with 1 glove on. Disgusting.
Safe to say we will not be back we usually come weekly & the sandwiches aren’t cheap. We always spend at least 40$ on just breakfast...
