Wendy's — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

This Wendy's is really raggedy and run down. The rugs are dirty. A section of the floor is sinking in. It has a bad odor in there the seats are ripped and worn down. After sitting down for a minute to order on my app. I started realizing things about this place.

After noticing this. I said if they let the appearance on the inside imagine how the food taste. I go up to the coynter reluctantly just to see what kind of customer service they had. And when the employee comes to the register. No smile no greeting.

Instead the employee says yes what do you want? Not even a hello what can I get you. I'm like I'm good I'll go somewhere else. As I'm leaving a woman goes storming up to the counter and says what is this you give me a frozen chicken sandwich. The chicken is frozen not even cooked and soggy fries that was probably sitting there for a while I wasn't a refund now. As I'm watching this. The employee says you need to come back tomorrow the manager is not here.

She said no I'm not coming back tomorrow. This is your mess up.you going to that register or you own pocket and give me my refund back now. I don't care I'm not coming back tomorrow. He said he's not doing anything. That she needs to come back tomorrow. She said ok she's calling the cops and the board of health.

Then he gave her the refund and said your band from here come back here and you'll be arrested. She looked around and said who'd want to come here this place is disgusting. She took out her phone took pictures. And said she calling the board of health this place need to be shut down and left.

The district manager fell asleep and forgot about this location. They really need to remodel clean up the inside of the restaurant both appearance and get rid of some of the garbage employees. Can't believe this place is still in business. All the bacteria that must be living in the dinning room. Stay far away from this location unless you want to get sick. Majority of the ppl probably go through the drive thrugh and don't know about the inside.

But don't take my word for it. Next time you go take a look at the inside. And you'll see what I mean It's filthy...

I ordered my food online through the app. I wanted a large fry, 10 piece nuggets, a medium frosty, and a large strawberry lemonade. When i went into the Wendy's after pressing check in through the app, there was a line which i expected and I didnt mind waiting alittle. After 5 orders go by, I started womdering if my order was being processed at all. Previous times I've ordered the same thing and get it in a snap. Well when the line got shorter i went on the line so I could ask if they have my order. One of the employees who has red hair asked very rudely what i was waiting for. I said I ordered online and then she rudely said what did u order while rolling her eyes at me. I said 10 piece nuggets and before i coupd finish my sentence she walked away then went to the register to check for my order. She was doing my order when she gave me a large cup and I told her I ordered a large Dave's craft strawberry lemonade and she said no tou ordered a large diet coke and was charged 2.49 for it. I thought maybe i did make a mistake. She told me she was giving it to me this time although I "didn't order" it. I walked out of the Wendy's restaurant and checked my receipt. In fact I did order a strawberry lemonade and I was furious. I also noticed she never gave me my frosty. To upset about the way I was treated I didn't want to go back and I dont think I will be. It was really convenient to have Wendy's right across the street from my college, I guess you lost a customer for good. I get dealing with people and all the orders can be stressful, but that doesn't mean you act rudely to them. I hope this changes...

1/30/16 Drive thru service sucked! Girl had a stupid attitude, I asked if they could take 2 different orders she said "no we don't do that here" really you turn down business? Ok that was one, I asked do you have decaf tea? She said yes ok I'll have a med one please, cream and sugar on the side, I get my "tea". (This order is for someone else) she hand me the tea, I had to ask for sugar again, then I asked for cream again now she's even more frustrated not sure why, but whatever so she comes back and I had to ask her for something to stir the tea. Is it not common sense to give someone a stirring utensil when asking for coffee or tea with the condiments on the side? So I brought the food to my friend, and when she goes to drink the tea, it's coffee! Really? So I go back to talk to the manager and he tells me that they don't sell decaf tea, so I said ok then please give me a med reg tea he said ok, and comes back with a small tea. I told him didn't you charge me for a med? He said "yeah but we don't sell med tea" I said then why did you charge me for a med? Look at the cup you just threw into the garbage can is a med! He actually had to look again into the can because he didn't believe me even though he threw it in there. Smh then he said ok I'll make you one but we don't sell med, ok thanks. NO WONDER THE CREW CAN'T GET ANYTHING RIGHT IF THE ONES RUNNING THE PLACE DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ATE DOING! And as I was waiting for the tea another customer came in complaining that the drive thru forgot to give then their drinks. Come on guys you don't need a PHD to hand someone...
