I like the food here, but the new pickup system is not great. After you place an order, they tell you to sit down and wait for your name. Fine, however, there are fans running, spatulas clanging, people talking; all echoing throughout the high ceilings. I heard a name that sounded like mine so I went up to the counter. An older man with a moustache said "Ma'am - over there!" And kept pointing to the wall. I had no idea what he was talking about -- I guess you have to go to the far corner? I took 2 steps to the left and heard the lady say the name again, except it wasn't mine. As I started to talk away the man was like "Stacy? I thought you Stacy??!" and threw his hands up. I said No, I just can't hear anything and I thought you said my name. I get you probably don't like your job, but don't take it out on me. I feel like a screen showing which order is up or at least a loudspeaker/mic would help.
When I finally got my sandwich, it did not have the toppings I wanted. I'm sure that was a genuine misunderstanding but after waiting 20 minutes, I didn't have the time or energy to try to ask for something else. It still...
Read moreI come here quite often and know the staff well. The food is very good and consistent, however this one time I was rubbed off the wrong way by a manager who isn't here very often. It is a minor thing but we ordered three subs to go with one loaded and one regular fry. This has never happened to me before at any establishment, but she handed us two bags and told us to bag the stuff ourselves. I know this is a minor thing but I'm not satisfied with this interaction. I hope this doesn't happen...
