This Michael's is a total disappointment... staff has no clue what they have in their store or where to find it when they "think" they do have an item... the store is dirty and most of the employees are rude... I'll drive 3 hours to Batavia when the staff is knowledgeable and friendly... cant say the amount of times I have needed something and just gone to one of the other 2 craft stores in town instead... I generally love Michael's, and have been to them all over the east coast and I have to say that this one is the WORST by far! Only got 1 star because I couldn't give it 0 stars! Total...

Beyond the general pleasantries of cashiers and stock runners, I have had chats with employees about craft ideas, the color or texture of items and what our favorite hobbies are. I usually don't shop here anymore for that reason. Store is clean, well lit, lots of parking, but little floor staff to help you with questions.
