Old Navy — Local services in Town of Big Flats

So I had called prior to coming and was told the whole store was 50% off. So I also decided to ask if they had a tall section being that I’m 19 and 6’ tall. They said there was. But when I arrived there was not a 50% off store wide and there was in fact no section for taller people. I looked around still because why not and what I had happen to me was completely unprofessional. Staff were watching me hold up items of clothing to myself and snickering. There were 4 people in line with 1 open register. The cashier needed some caffeine to give her a nudge to pick it the pace or even act like she wanted to help expedite the process with us wating for a while. Would have given a better rating if she could have picked up the pace like she cared about our long wait time, or even had any other staff assistance that were running atiund the store. I purchased a pair of shorts and was unable to try them on because of Covid. When I purchased them I was reassured that I could exchange or return them if they did not fit. They didn’t fit so I exchanged them. They didn’t fit again so I exchanged them again. They didn’t fit again so I returned them.
