It's seems to be always in the evening, idk who you have working the evening drive thru but they are not good. Maybe there to high to work , We went dec 23 between 4:30 -6:30 and went through the drive through and placed a good size order and was asked what kind of sauce we would like? we responded a bunch of everything. Because if we don't say that we will get 2-3 sauces of each and of order that size that's not enough sauce so we pull up I always check my bags and no sauce. This isn't the first time it's happened it would be whatever no problem. And doordash orders are regulary not made right . My point is why show up if your not going to do your job right ? Better yet why even have a drive thru if your not going to give proper customer service? It's a job seekers market out here if your not happy leave . Find a job that will pay you what you want. Although with these there of lack of customer service skills I wouldn't pay them $10 hr . Oh and I was a sous chef for 10 years before moving onto a different career path. I get how tough restaurant work is and challenging it can be that's no excuse though if it was easy money everyone would be doing it.. I also worked for executive chefs that would loose there mind if ever gave customers that kind of service, also would talk crazy to us if orders were late were not communicating with each other . Y'all are team if someone can't get to ask someone from your team help you. Iron sharpens iron. Step your game up taco bell or as they say if you can't handle the heat get out the kitchen. Read moreWent through the drive-thu with my roommate - when we got to the window, we gave a card for payment, then were immediately asked to pull through and told that our meal would be brought out to us. The spot they asked us to wait in is annoying to get into, as we had to make a 3 point turn from the drive thru in order to get into the space. While we were waiting, the car beside us hit our vehicle and drove off (I realize this isn't directly the fault of the employees, but would have been avoided had we not been asked to pull through). After some time, a young lady came out and announced that either our card, or the card of the car beside us, had been declined. She did not know which it was (might even have been the first car that drove off) and she didn't ask about the order to confirm which payment has actually been declined. This, as well, could have been avoided - either by ensuring that payment is successful before asking customers to pull through, or by having vehicles wait at the drive thru, as is the intended purpose of said drive thru. Long story short, we did not recieve our meal, but checked the bank when we got home to find that we were, in fact, charged. I'm incredibly unimpressed. Drive-thru times should NOT come at the expense of customer service.

Read moreIf you want to order from the big flats taco bell don't go in and order . You could be waiting 1/2 hr or longer and then you need to say something because they just by pass you and only worry about curbside pick up or door dash orders . I had ordered and watched 5 different door dash people come in pick up orders and even watched someone come in 10 mins after me and ordered their meal and received it . I was still waiting and standing there. There were workers who walked right by me for a 1/2 hr straight and other workers who seen me never once asked if I received my food . I Findley said something and the one worker verified that I have been waiting over a 1/2 hr and the lady jumped him . I then said to her your no different you seen me also and never asked if I was waited on nope all she could say was I'm sorry . Then charged me the full price of my meal and she was sorry for me to have to wait so long don't think so or you would of never charged me . So my suggestion is order your food and have it curbside pickup or have it doordash delivered or you will be waiting until you say something to them. Being they are only concern about curbside pick up or door dash all others or over looked . Also drive thru is another option don't go inside to order. The people are a joke and don't care about inside customers 😒 😡🤬 will never visit this place again . P.s I paid in cash 💸 but if you pay with a debit card or credit card you will not be over looked or forgotten. Guess cash is not important...
