Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Big Flats

By far the most bizarre experience I ever had reviewing a business !!! Visited this location on Tuesday June 15, 2020 at approximately 1PM... Upon entering the restaurant I found it a little strange there were no customers in the store being lunch time and $1 slice day .. The three employees who were visible from the counter were Not Wearing Mask or gloves.. Two of them were preparing food... Absolutely not something you want to see in this day and age... I placed my order and while waiting for the order (4 dollar slices) was approached by male employee whom i'm assuming was the manager... He demanded in an aggressive tone to know why I was taking pictures of his restaurant .... He informed me that it is Papa John's Corporation policy that no pictures are allowed in the restaurant ... I explained to him that I do Google reviews ... This set him off and he got very aggressive and stated "if your going to review my store, you need to inform me before you do it" ... He than informed me that because I was doing a Google review he was not going fulfill my order... No Pizza For Me All Because I'm Reviewing This Location This Was Absolutely A First For Me ... Like what are they hiding that you don't want your customers to do reviews on you ? Than after looking at past reviews its clear why location don't want any more reviews.... I'll return to this location in the future hopefully to review...

Would like to give zero stars for the service received tonight. Ordered through the PAPA JOHN’s mobile app and said the pizza would be delivered within the hour. We call after over an hour to check on the order and are told that the delivery person had three pizzas, including ours, and was on their way and it was a busy night. We were fine with being patient with that. Another 40 minutes later we call to check in because our pizza had not arrived and we were told that the delivery person just got back to the store and took our pizza. Weird, because the other driver was already supposed to have been delivering our order. Okay. 30 minutes go by and still no pizza although we live relatively close and we call to check in. We are now told they gave our pizza to a door dash driver because they only had one driver. We wait on hold for 30 more minutes for the employee to check in with door dash. They never let us know what happened to our pizza and agreed to refund us EXCEPT FOR THE DELIVERY FEE. They sent it through door dash and we ordered through papa johns but they would not give us a full refund because of a decision not made by us. So we are three hours hungry and down money. Will not go to this location again. My money will go...

Took 3 people to run cash register and cash a customer out.Waited close to 10 minutes to be waited on;ordered 2 slices pepperoni and 2 slices mushroom pepperoni,which was what they had already made up. Again,another 5 minutes passed,as the young man at the register didn't know what he was doing. When he brought us our slices,he brought 2 pieces of cheese:I said"No,I ordered 2 slices pepperoni." He went back behind the counter and stood there for several minutes,asked someone(I assume the Manager) "Who is the 2 slices of cheese for?" To which the manager replied"The lady over there." The young man answered"No,she wants pepperoni." He finally brought me my 2 slices of pepperoni which were cold. Never warmed anything up (the was just sitting along the counter),never asked if we wanted it warmed up. The pizza tasted like it was made with VERY cheap ingredients! I forced myself to eat 1 slice,then asked for a box;the young man at the counter asked "How was it?" I replied"Might have been better if it was warm,it was cold!" To which he responded'Oh was it?" No apology or attempt to try to make things tight. Won't be patronizing them again. Don't waste your time or money on Papa Johns Pizza when there is Picnic Pizza...
