Hobby Lobby — Local services in Town of Big Flats

I'll start with the positives - they have a huge selection of everything from decorations to creative supplies.

And now the negatives - the always on sales are a scam, they've had lawsuits over it and it's literally just what the price items are and it's a hugely misleading practice and it's not worth even considering how much "off" something is. I've also never seen a store care less for their employees or a more toxic work environment than this with employees talking bad about each other, management, and even management more than once lacking any trust in their workers and searching them for stolen goods (I've both seen this and heard it from previous workers). If there's someplace else with similar selections that're more honest and care more about their workers, go there, it'll be better for all of us.

And in case you wanted product related reviews, I've both bought and received gifts missing instructions and parts from their crafts section which is beyond frustrating as I'm not going through the trouble of multiple returns when you can't quality control your goods, life is busy...

Overall a good experience. Rather large but everything is really organized. If you can't find something staff is more than happy to help. At the same time I am a very tall man. Some places I go I am watched by the staff really Intently. I know you think I am stealing, but I am not. Your response makes me not want to go back, like ever. You clearly use mics or something to communicate. Maybe hire some professional theft prevention staff and stop relying on your regular staff. They make it way to uncomfortable. Couldn’t find what I wanted and no one to ask.
