Hmmmm ive never met a business that they make you pay your bill at a machine but then when you explain "Your old school" and prefer that over the counter experience you get a condescending "why?" What do you mean why ? Obviously as a Salesman your job is to LISTEN to what a customer wants . Your not doing a good job at listening. I could understand if I was asking a unreasonable request. And I would have been more then willing to wait for a free employee . that's just the worst display of customer service I've ever seen. Then when I request to see some one else that employee wearing a black pants and a number 6 eagles jersey maybe 5-9 average build some facial hair has tattoos on December 29 2023 around noon, see? , my attention to detail is on point because I listen and watch and observe something all employees should do , I told him multiple times I did not want to go the machine and do it myself he started to get load and cought himself and said I will go with you again not listening I just explained to you I did not want to do that . I want to pay over the counter. Again not a unreasonable request. I've done it before here and after filling a complaint against this store I was informed bye the rep that a over the counter payment is something that's available and offered there. I get it we all have bad days but common man. People can feel your negative energy when they walk through the door. This is now the second time I've personally had a issue with this employee. Now I'm filling complaints and going through the proper chain of commands to ensure this doesn't keep happening. Check your emotions before you go to work my friend. It's just a job nothing more or less. Imagine if I treated your family member that way. Would you be cool with it ? I'm sure if the roles were reversed with his additude he may have gone off on me. I'm not looking for him to get in trouble. I don't this to keep happening. If this is resolved great water under the bridge were grown . But if not I'll keep pushing the issue until corporate gets involved. Remember it's just a job. Is this really worth it ? Over some pride ? Ultimately after getting no where I left and went and drove out of my way happily and supported a local business owner and payed him a extra $5 to assist me. It's not about the money. It's about morally the principal. I absolutely could have stayed and not payed a fee. What's that tell you when I will leave and drive out of my way and spend more money on gas and a extra 5 to get a service that should have been provided in the...
Read moreStopped in today to see about upgrading my phone since we were close by. When we arrived we were told it would be about an hour wait. I had my 10 month old baby with me so we hung out for about 30 minutes. We decided that to help kill time we would leave and then come back as long as we were back in that hour time frame. I spoke to the associate who checked us in I asked if I could make an appointment that way we would have our spot held since I wanted to keep my daughter occupied while waiting. He told me that no we wouldn't need an appointment that it would be OK for us to leave and then come back. When we got back we didn't bother checking in and no one greeted us again. They called my name and someone else who supposedly had the same name stepped up. (This person was NOT in the store when we left). They then asked what happened. I told them that the guy wearing the jersey said that we could leave and come back and that it wouldn't be a problem. We apparently were taken off the list even though he said we wouldn't be. We were then put to the bottom of the list and it would possibly be another hour (several people walked in after us when we returned and were put ahead of us). We decided to leave and go elsewhere. This isn't the 1st bad experience I have had here. We have decided to give our business to our local Verizon here in Pennsylvania instead since they clearly didn't want to get our 2...
Read moreWe have bought 3 S7 phones and have 5 lines, having just added a business line at the end of 2016. We had a sudden and tragic death in the family and the next day my work phone died. We went to the store to get a phone ASAP since we were flying out of state the next day and I must have a work phone with me. We were VERY clear we did NOT WANT a 6th line. We purchased a phone and then were told we could get a ZenPad for me to use at work, connect to our lines for $50.00 after mail in rebate. We were lead to believe it was linked to my work number, NOT. They gave us a 6th line and a 2- year contract for $10.00 more a month. We put the rebate through and were told the item is NOT available for the rebate. We have talked to people at the store and they have not been helpful. We were told to put the rebate through again and guess what, it's still not valid! **UPDATE, we went to the store to complain and we were told the ONLY thing they can do for us is give us a $50. refund on our next bill. The reason the rebate didn't go through was because we used my business phone number (which we were lead to believe was attached to the ZenPad). The manager dealing with us today gave us the phone number attached to this tablet. That number is NOT WRITTEN anywhere on Verizon Plan page we received the day of purchase. We cancelled the line and were charged ANOTHER $175.00 to...
