She has great patience listening to my Raymond storand encounters that I've had while visiting Bolton landing. I believe we have become friends. Wait I know we have become friends. I've had her ham egg and cheese breakfast many times the show good I always order 2. I've also had her sandwiches made a wonderful crow who have come back year after year. I can only imagine she's a great boss because they have performed the re tasks as good as any chef I have ever encountered. Dining inside or out is your happy experin a very cool town bolton landing. I am a long time island camper who frequented the restaurant. When Dave owned have been very happy very happy with its new owner Sam. Although I will admit I do miss Dave he was part of my vacation every year and husband replaced replaced by sam. It's a good fit. Any of my fellow campers with whom I have encountered Have had great experiences very much like I have. As a former chef I recognize the quality of the food, the the cleanliness of the establishment, the variety of choice's. and the Is excellent work ethic of her staff . We had the breakfast sandwiches and iced lattes: the food was prepared perfectly, even down to the avocado slices being arranged so that they fill the sandwich without falling out, the sausage was seasoned just enough to say "hello" without knocking you over, and the espresso was pulled perfectly and blended exquisitely with the milk. Super nice, friendly, and prompt service, and a cozy little space to sit, eat, and relax. This is very much one of those best-kept-secret places.
