I ordered ahead for a 7:05a pickup and my ticket didn't come through. Not the first time. Any other time, I showed them I ordered and they just made it. When I got there, I waited and an employee who has been there for years, asked what my name was. I said it. They looked for my order and couldn't find it. I showed them what my order was. The employee stated they couldn't make me one as the manager would get upset and the employee was holding back tears. I told the employee, it's ok, I'll just reorder. The employee then went to the restroom to gather theirself. As I stood in line to order my coffee, the manager, purple hair woman, then yelled out to the crew and in front of customers, ' did that employee let anyone know they were leaving their station.' Knowing the situation that occurred and being a boss myself, that was extremely unprofessional of the manager. Also, not one crew member responded to the manager and that just shows no one respects her. As someone that teaches prevocational skills, we always teach fix what is wrong. As a customer, not my fault my ticket didn't come through. It should have been made right, right then and there with the managers encouragement. Also, this whole fiasco/toxic work environment made me late to work as I had to wait to reorder my coffee, which ended up being made wrong. The employee put three pumps of the flavor shots, so when my mom and aunt drank it they automatically realized how sweetened it was. I read the label and asked him about it, he was confused and when he finally understood he took back the cups they had drank from. I thought he would toss it out but instead he apparently put more coffee into those cups and just handed it back to me. The drinks did not taste different at all! The cups at this point had coffee stains all over and was sticky. My mom and aunt ended up just tossing it out. This time when I went it was a different worker at first who took my order but then that same worker from that day handed me my drinks. Put in an order in the app that charged my card twice but no order went through either time. He claimed it was a pending charge when I showed him the charge had posted, he said it would be refunded to my card and I asked him “ If you don’t initiate the refund, how will get refunded?” Which he had no answer too.
