Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Town of Brighton

Jersey Mike's is bar none my favorite sub place. I think it blows Dibella's way out of the water, with fresher, softer bread, fresher ingredients, and the contents actually stay on the bread better than any sub roll that's not cut all the way through.

However, this location has been mediocre since it opened. I was excited to get a location closer than the Victor one, but the quality at this location vs. Victor is so much worse. They get my order wrong (I'm talking adding mayo to a mayo-free order. Not something I can fix so I have to throw out the whole Giant $18 sub) and most importantly, the bread and ingredients at this location are ALWAYS stale. Every single time I've ordered from here. I don't know why it's so different, but the Victor location is just so much better. I hope this location...

This place has been my go-to spot for a sub for a couple years now. The quality of the food has never been a problem. What is becoming an issue has been staff preparedness and inconsistency. Two Sundays in a row now I've ordered from the website only to arrive at the provided time and then had to wait almost a half hour for my food. Three people were working both times. Both times they were swamped. Prioritizing seemed an issue. I saw part of my sandwich sit there for 10-15 minutes while walk-ins were handled first. The employee working the online orders looked particularly lost. Also, I regularly pay for extra meat and cheese for my subs and the results are not consistent. Sometimes I get a LOT which is of course great, but then other times it's very much...

Usually it's a great experience there, today was way off everybody was moving really slow. Also cutting subs and wrapping them next to the cash register at a cash counter was not suitable so we walked out ... It's actually very sad when you guys first open it was excellent.
