Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I just want to share with everyone that Auntie Annes in SMITHAVEN MALL catered my party and it was a hit! Everyone loved all the different pretzels flavors they had. I must say my favorite is the Sweet Almond a must try! Sour Cream & Onion another awseome one.. Just a few of my favorites. Mini hot dogs in a pretzel who doesn't love that! Great idea for a party if you want to do something fun and different. More importantly the staff is so nice and helpful. They even let us sample a couple of different flavors.. Tell me why they have a good 7 employees back there and all of them ignored me to the point where I walked away. I made eye contact with 3 of them, glad i didnt buy anything and fund this awful service. They were all chatting amoungst themselves and completely ignored me, if the manager sees this it was 3/2 at the location next to Macy's. All these employees should be held responsible as this was so unprofessional and rude. Not sure even why theres so many employees back there if all theyre gonna do is chat and ignore customers....

Horrible. Was just at location in Smithhaven Mall long island. Was at the one by the Macys side. 3 people working. Only 1 was helping customers. 1 was making pretzels. And the 3rd was doing nothing.
