Possibly the worst location in this mall, both owners are nasty scammers, you ask for one thing they charge you for another. They are greedy and undeserving of any customers. I asked to put in my rewards and he faked it telling me I didn’t have one, meanwhile when he’s not there an associate is always able to put it in and give me my free ice cream once I earn it. My friend asked and gave her a medium and charged her for a medium. My other friend went back, asked for a small, and he did the same thing, nether of them ever asked for the medium, when confronted he said its only a couple of cents more and therefore he did so. I went here to get a milkshake and it taste like a cup of milk...... I went back to say I wasn't satisfied and the manager said 1st it's because it's hot... ....(air conditioned mall).... then he said I waited too long (I guessed to drink it) I purchased it at 7:04 and came back at 7:15... ...it melted in 11mins.......after that they replaced it with another cup of watery milkshake...that I shook it in front of them and said this is a milkshake and then i walked away disgusted ... that's the last time they'll get $30 from me for two milkshakes that were watery, a smoothie and a small cup of ice cream....... I would give a 0 star review but 1...

Nasty Nasty people working at Haagen Dazs Smith Haven Mall. Indian lady very impolite, complaining that I asked to taste one of the ice cream flavors. She started to get angry,mumbling with nasty words to customers. They can not hire better qualified people, they choose cheap labor ??

She decided to over charge me, just for no reason. She made up the price and instead of ringing mini cone , she put the misc item for $6.99 and when I asked her to see the receipt, she said why and started arguing. What a shame, they hire this kind of people. They are not only nasty but they rip off the customer.
