Double meat should mean double meat too! Maybe remember as employees your customers sometimes have health issue (food allergies) and this is why they come or they have major health issues (every 5 weeks I get nasty chemo like meds for ankylosing spondylitis RA and more, I had menopause in my 30s I’m very medically sick had cancers) and this is a rare treat. It wasn’t such a treat many times. Retrain your employees to understand customer service doesn’t just count with humans and talking but making the food too. Don’t put food out you would not eat. Don’t be rude if they have allergies I do google mcas it sucks! I’m very lucky I can have any foods. Remember your experience with them will last! Because trust when I say we come less and less here. Just don’t suck at your jobs. If you don’t like your job find one you do like. Just don’t give people bad service. I know I worked in food service myself 14-21 subway then starbucks. I also helped run companies did HR personnel and was your gal Friday. Make sure you’re making a positive experience for customers that’s your job. Just I been too nice for years now over being my order the only special order is always messed up like someone was being rude af with my order. I’m not being picky I’m allergic to things!
Lost a star as they always mess with my order for 2 years now. Last order was tortillas on side with holes in the middle of then rolled into a ball and hard like microwaved. I don’t even get a burrito anymore as they never do it right I feel the employees here don’t like their jobs to be honest and I’m immune compromised allergic to many things this was one of my safe places but not anymore over this not worth the drive! Miller place has Miguel’s who don’t even always speak great English but never messed up an order ever since 2018. Where this place it’s been 2 years now consistently messes up my order. I am the only one in home who’s immune compromised and medically very sick. So once in a blue moon I’ll get take out just not from here or if I do I’ll skip the tortilla next time get a bowl as they don’t mess that up as much. I mean how can they it’s so easy… never had issues in any other state I’ve been to many in 2017-2018 CA to NY moved tried a few places along the way and even in NY in the city before when I first moved here. I’m unable to travel far and this drive is 20 mins+ each way for often dry hard rice, mess up my order and so on. I’m being nice could give less stars.
But chipotle is one place I could find steak rice and lettuce beans and on side 3 things I add sparingly as can’t have much. Never was an issues just at this location. The other near by wasn’t good either when we try 2021-2022 twice both times husband said we shouldn’t go there either.
Old review back when they didn’t suck at making my order not suck.
Great food, order was 100% on point for everyone even those who wanted extra on stuff and there was no extra cost either. We did the online order then drove 5 miles and food was hot still when we got home. Thanks for the...
Read moreI actually give the Chipotle in Selden ZERO stars. The health department states animals are not allowed in restaurants. Chipotle policy states the same thing. But incompetent staff led by rude, arrogant and incompetent management has served people who have brought their animals in (make very clear.... This is not a case of service animals... Those animals are understandbly the exception for people with physical disabilities). Even when a customer asks for them to take care of the problem and have the customer who is holding her puppy leave (no one does) and then make matters worse by serving her. And no customer service given all the way up to corporate. What happened to the old days of starting with a sincere apology? Remember the old philosophy "the customer is always right". Corporate needs to retrain their entire company (starting at the the top) in proper responses to the customer. Have your manager take the chip off their shoulders and stop taking things personally. And remind them they get paid to do a job and well and dealing with customers is one of them. (Although I was told by Corp. customer service as well as a local mgr that they are busy and don't have time to call...
Read moreWent to chipotle to find out that they have a policy that prevents people from ordering quesadillas in store and that they are only available online….
A paying customer is attempting to give the company money and the company throws up their hands and says I could take your money and I could give you exactly what you’re asking for but I’m not going to do that.
I ask for the manager and he comes over and says because they are a “busy store” (I'm one of 3 people on the line) the ONE machine they have cannot handle the capacity. So your telling me that a multi billion dollar company cant afford two toasters???
He said that he's sorry but its just the store policy.
#1 rule of business, NEVER stop a customer from doing business with you.
To the executive that made this policy you clearly do not know how to run a business. A policy that inconveniences a customer is never something a company...
