LAST STRAW! I am fed up w this Dominos! Tired of ordering food & "hoping" that it wasnt burnt (thin crust overcooked sucks!) The damm rolling over has TIME SETTINGS...WHY is my order like a crap shoot on whether or not it's actually edible? ...Today we ordered a PAN pizza... the one employee in the shop says something (unintelligible) to my husband as she asks for payment...he pays .... I'm waiting & watching it & realize it's NOT a Pan pie... I ask her & she says she told my husband "they didnt have any pans" (5 Dirty pans sitting on the counter!) .... ENOUGH...IM DONE! .. Papa john is directly across the street... Bet our weekly pizza for staff business would be welcome!.... Buh...

Don't waste your time or money. Ordered 14 wings and cheesy bread at 7:12pm it arrives at 8:00 no sauce for the wings. Driver says they will get them and bring them back. 8:40 i call speak with a girl who says they are sending them. 9:02 I call back speak to the manager he states no one told him he will send the sauce and replace the wings but i have to repay for the cheesy bread. 9:37 driver gets here with sauce no wings i ask him about the wings. He says hold on i will call my boss. Gets in car drives away while I am standing outside. I call ask to speak to the manager he says we didn't want to wait for new wings. I ask for a refund he gets angry says whatever...

Last Christmas my son gave me a gift card. Some months back I used part of it to order a $7.99. pie. They charged me $9.99 plus tax. I complained and got a free pizza. Today I decided to use the rest of the gift card. I ordered online. It said my order went through and my pizza was already in the oven. I arrived at the store about 20 minutes later only to find out they forgot to make my pizza. So I had to wait outside while they made it from the start. Why even bother to tell me my pizza is in the oven when you never even made it. I hope I don't get another gift card this Christmas. Pizza is good but not worth the...
