Glenn's Donuts — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Oh my, where have you been all my life?!? This was our first time here and I felt like a kid in a candy store. These are the freshest, tastiest, and reasonably priced donuts I’ve had in a long time.

We got a box of glazed and a box of little guys. The donuts are packaged in half dozen boxes - ranging from glazed to key lime. There were also croissants, apple turnovers, traditional Italian cookies, and crumb cakes. The “Little Guys” were an assortment of jelly filled sugar mini donuts; strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate glazed mini donuts with sprinkles. The glazed donuts were my favorite… I even dare say that the glazed donuts here are better than Krispy Kreme (size, taste, and squish factor)!

The problem here is this isn’t a real donut shop. They don’t have a lot of single donuts. They only have boxed up donuts from their factory store in Bohemia, which is the place you should just go instead of this one anyway. They are very limited flavors here as well. I guess if you need a six pack of donuts or something on your way somewhere it’s not bad but if you’re looking for specific flavors of donuts or variety, you won’t...

The new shop is very cute, and had a such a successful first day that they ran out of donuts. The owners were very friendly and offered vouchers to customers. While I can’t believe that anyone would trash a business for running out of FREE food, the owners handled it as well as anyone could.
