Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

It's always SO COLD in there, especially in the winter i can't even sit in there to get work done for more than hour without freezing and i usually bring jackets and a scarf, you'd think they could afford heat? I'm confused why they don't put the heat up why do i have to wear 3 layers when i'm inside? Also they need to do a better job cleaning, the tables need to be wiped down more often and bathrooms are gross.

I got a tall latte the other day, it was mostly foam. So i payed 4 dollars for a cup of foam? i did not ask for a cappuccino which as we all know has a good amount of foam thats the point, but i asked for a latte. I used to be a barista, it's sad they charge so much for drink they can't...

My daughter ordered a drink and we waited for 11 minutes before we noticed that someone who ordered after us had received their drink. Upon showing our receipt the one woman who was working very hard to make drinks apologized and said she'd make it right away. The girl who took our order never apologized or even noticed how long we'd been waiting because she was too busy talking with a friend and making her order the entire time. At one point she said loudly, I'm only here for the paycheck. The other two women behind the counter were working the drive thru and not helping any of the customers who were waiting inside the store. The woman making the drinks is the only reason I gave 2 stars...

Went to order my drink on drive thru I ask for a horchata Frappuccino which I have order at the same week before from the same place the employee then said we don’t have that which I said I pretty sure they do since I order it 2 days ago then she said are you going to order something or not which I did when I pull up i said that it strange you don’t have that since I order it before she then said ooo that tough and then another employee gave me my order It was today at 940pm and she was very rude and didn’t if suggest any recommendation or other option to substitute my drink also I get it is late but there was still plenty of customers inside their was no need to be rude and...
