Went to this subway for the first time and I was extremely impressed. This subway is a bit more up to date than most and the young lady that worked there was very personable and nice. The food was pretty good as most subways are. However, what put this particular subway over the edge was the customer service and her attention to detail when making the sandwich.

I placed an online order so I can pick it up quick to go back to work on my break , n personally left a note saying please not give me a load of sauce n toast the bread , whoever made the sandwich completely disregarded my note n did what they wanted , sad I will not be returning here , it was a mess . I was a regular customer too .

I don’t eat at subway too often but when I have in the past, I enjoyed it. However, my boyfriend and I got two sandwiches today ($24) and mine was really gross honestly. There was no cheese on it which I asked for and it wasn’t even close to warm despite me asking for it to be toasted. The sandwich also looked completely smashed together and it was a mess and the bacon I had on it didn’t even seem cooked. I normally hate leaving bad reviews and I know things happen but I don’t know if I will order...

This is THE WORST subway on the island, I'm convinced. Every time I go in there they are advertising for broccoli cheddar soup and I ask for some and they say "no more" EVERYTIME. Ok. So make more. This has happened 10x so far and I get angry and they end up making soup. So obviously you have it you're just lazy. Worst...
