I would give zero stars if I could. I came in with my father. We decided to go into the store and order since the drive through was backed up into the street. We stood at the counter for a few minutes and no one ever came to take our order so we ordered on one of the self-serve kiosks. We waited 30 minutes for our food, but didn’t complain because we could see that they were very busy. Meanwhile, two employees are standing at the counter counting cash from the register (I assume for a shift change or other justification purpose) while there are 6 customers who haven’t even had their order taken yet. We finally receive our food and notice that they didn’t give us our drink cups. I politely asked one of the employees at the counter if we could have our cups. This employee made direct eye contact with me and proceeded to go back to counting the cash- completely ignored my request. I asked again, a bit louder in hopes that an employee in the back would hear me or in case the employee didn’t hear me the first time. This time, both of the employees at the counter made direct eye contact with me, looked around to see if anyone else was going to help me (no one did) and again blatantly ignored me. We ended up leaving without our cups because no one would acknowledge us. I’ve never received such poor service, even at a fast food establishment. I can empathize with being busy, but not with pretending customers don’t exist and forcing them to leave without everything they have payed for. Read moreI am gonna start this review with clarifying that I love taco bell me and my girlfriend go to taco bells all the time and all over the place. So this review is directed at this particular location and not taco bell as a franchise. This deeply saddens me to finally write this review because ive given this location soooo many chances since its my hometown tacobell. But I couldn't even tell you how many times ive been here and ive never once been pleased or happy. something is always wrong and they blantly dont care and are extremely lazy..for examples they have disregarded my request to hold tomatoes several times, they also dont fold the crunch wrap correct sometimes, they half ass the wrapping paper on tacos and items, they forget my drinks almost every time, the drive through people cant understand my orders and then blame me when they forget something. They never put sauce in the bag and so many more easily fixable mistakes that they just cant seem to solve but this last time I went I was astonished with how poor the quality of employees they have. I ordered a cantina crispy chicken taco and they didnt heat it up my chicken was cold and the cheese wasn't even slightly melted. This was my last straw for the tacobell on north ocean.. I am very upset to never be returning to this location because it is on my way home from the express way and it is very convenient but I can count on one hand the amount of times they have done a decent job. Read morethe food’s amazing, cant complain about that it’s taco bell! however, last night, my friend & i went to pick up a 12 pack of the cinnamon delights. dont get me wrong, my friend & i both thought they were delicious, as always. the food is great here, & ive always been a big fan of taco bell. however, at the drive thru, my friend had a lil mishap & accidentally opened up the wrong window at first. the staff at the drive thru started to laugh, & i dont know if im taking it the wrong way, but it seemed as if they were laughing at my friend. she’s a newer driver, & doesnt have much experience at ordering at a drive thru, so i took it as if they were laughing at her. this isnt the first time the staff has been rude, or don’t take their job seriously. as an eighteen year old also in the food business (which the staff does look well around my age), id get a better sense of personality. its a great benefit to have a friendly demeanor around customers, & like me, they can take in the wrong things, such as my friend being laughed at. i do give good credit to the young man with the glasses, who always makes sure everything is in put, & debbie, who is a great cashier & has an amazing, friendly demeanor. all in all the foods great, just the staff may need to...
