Natural Body sells not only a wide selection of protein powders and other workout aids, but a small selection of healthy food options such as protein powder infused shakes and salads.

The price for their products may seem a little on the high end but joining their rewards program offsets some of this cost by offering cash off of a later purchase each time you reach a spending threshold (such as $5 off after accruing $100 of spending over multiple visits).

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the products and their differences so if you're new to working out, don't be afraid to ask questions. Just tried the Energy bar for the first time. We put in a telephone order and the person that answered was great. The order was ready in 10 minutes. I joined the Energy bar club and received a large discount on my order. I get 15% off any additional order just for being a member. The salads we ordered were large, fresh, well made and delicious. We ordered the salad dressings on the side and they were flavorful. They brought out the taste of all the different salad ingredients and was an excellent accompaniment. This was a great choice for dinner. We definitely recommend the Energy Bar and will be returning soon to try another item...

I used to go to tropical smoothie after my workouts, but this… this is the place to go. Not only do they offer me a discount because I go to orange theory; and this place is immaculate. So clean and inviting, and so is the staff. They are diligent and the prices are very fair!! The smoothies and the food are incredible. I wish they were open every day of the week and later, I do workouts on Sundays and weekdays late at night. So when I can come in after a workout, I’m hyped.
