Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I have been going to tropical smoothie in Port Jeff for about 3- 4 years and every so often they experience technical difficulties like any other business. So Ive experienced some not on point smoothies before but on February 5th I could not drink this it was gross but I was at work when I discovered this so I put it in the freezer took it back the next day and explained my situation to the Manager who has waited on me 30 plus times and gave me a hard time because I couldn't find my receipt . I have since found my receipt and e-mailed it to headquarters and they said they were sorry and there willing to give me 3 free smoothies which is actually 2 because they have my 6 dollars for the one that sucked which I brought back. I refused there rediculess offer and will never go in another tropical smoothie ever. There are some great employees there but the smoothies are very inconsistent and just not worth...

Wraps are always skimpy. Plus every time I go they mess up my order. I got the hummus veggie wrap and it had no hummus, so next time I went I decided to ask for EXTRA hummus to draw attention to the issue and while I was at it I decided to go with saying extra black bean as well... got it and no black beans on it, WHY!? I didn't bother complaining because I had limited time and was starving. If you're in a rush don't go here because it'll take forever to get the order correctly, and they always forget to give you your side. You have to go back up and ask for it. Also the banana chia smoothie had weird HARD things in it that I had to keep spitting out or they would break my teeth. Really $12.49 is way too steep for a wrap that small with missing ingredients and with a side banana they forget to give you and a horrible...

6 months ago - Ordered through uber eats. Got sandwiches. They didn't prepare them the way we ordered them (the sticker says to keep stuff off the sandwich and was ignored), and the ranch is completely rotten. Literally rotten food. No thanks. 4 months - In person, they took my order and forgot to make it for 30+ minutes while I sat there waiting. They had to be reminded to make it. Today - I ordered two smoothies and a sandwich/chips on uber eats. Didn't even get the sandwich at all nor the chips, and no straws. Even though it says it on the bag. Absolutely horrible establishment with a track record of horrible. Whoever is the manager, stop doing this job, you are not...
