15 years of going to taco bell every Friday, this store seems to be the worst. it is constantly giving the wrong order, and lately (last 4 weeks) the frozen drinks have been down. just recently, the breakout of the breakfast, I waited on the drive thru for 40 min, just to find out they "RAN OUT OF EGGS", and cannot complete my order. Taco Bell Corporate needs to step in on this one, something needs to be done, this is the worst I have encountered. I have choices but the others are further away. I guess they got me here.
OK so I decided to try the breakfast one more time (2 weeks later), and ... well lets say , this Taco Bell still needs help, 3rd car on line at 9 am in the morning and it took almost 30 minutes, the good news is they did not run out of eggs, and the the AM Crunch wrap was tasty, although not really a "CRUNCH wrap, more like a little soggy, But I guess ok for the price.
The waffle taco on the other hand was cheap and lacked the cheese as well as the preparedness. The whole thing was scrambled in the box and not in the taco. not a total loss though, for the price I would have like to have it together and have cheese on it.
You guys need to step up your game.
Funny how when writing this I noticed that this Taco Bell has a very poor rating..... hhhhmmmm could there be something to this? like I said , I do have options, but choose to not travel as far for them.
I guess I will suck it up and keep all posted.
here we go again, another blunder by this store.omg, why do I put up with it, hopefully my reviews will enlighten people of the awfulness of this store. I ordered 2 beef chalupas and got chicken, didn't realize this till I got home, and I am not sure whether the week before was wrong or this past week was wrong, but I also ordered a taco salad both weekends , last weekend I did not get rice, this was great, I do not like rice, but this weekend I got rice. again, I don't order taco salads regularly so I am not sure of the mistake, all I know is it is...
Read moreI ordered a number 6 last night and the chalupa shells were old and cold. I called and complained and the manager assured they would replace my food. I went back for another number 6 and asked if the chaulapas were fresh. The lady told me they had been out for 20 minutes. I was an assistant manager for Taco bell and I know for a fact the hold time for the chulapas is 15 min. I can't believe the manager of this location would disclose that and wasnt already making fresh shells. Not only are they nasty but it is an unsafe food practice to use food items past the hold time. The guidelines are there to provide customers with excellent tasting food. The exact same problem 2x in a row. Not only that I asked the manager I spoke with to leave a note for the staff for when I return, she did not. I was asked to produce my recipt from last night. I did not have it. After some more deliberating some yelling in spanish a couple of evil looks from the hispanic ladies I told them to just give me gordita shells. The gorditas were excellent and the girl at the check out window is nothing but pleasant smiles! Dont hold the managements incompetence against them though not everyone is capable of following simple guidelines. I love taco bell so much I still recommend it but perhaps this store should be last on your list unless you`re desperate. Just to think someone else had to suffer those chalupas :( Things like this is why this store gets consistently bad ratings Also it hould help to relpy to these revews. I will also be calling 1800 Tacobell to submit a formal complaint in hopes that the district manager will will start doing his job and practice the subtle art of knocking some...
Read moreExperience is horrible with a talking computer robot that greets you at the window and gets your order wrong. The people in the restaurant seem to be trying hard but it is obvious that corporate wants to reduce costs and they are not allowed to interact with customers. The kiosks are complicated particularly for the older folks who want to have a meal during the day during weekdays. I'm not sure what corporate executive thinks that kiosks and computer programs at the drive through are appealing to the customer. It will surely drive the customers away when you put up barriers between the hard-working people and the restaurant and the customers contribute to the corporate profits. This experiment with artificial intelligence at Port Jeff will do long-term damage to the restaurant's reputation. Corporate Bean counters get with the program the program this is not a science fiction movie. My hope is to Port Jeff location will close as a lesson learned from the artificial intelligence abuse they have put customers through. Hopefully other locations will continue to speak to their customers and ensure their orders...
