So this was my first experience at a Dunkin Donuts and I can't say I'll be coming back. I ordered an iced macchiato with flavoring but it was so OBNOXIOUSLY sweet and the customer service I received was terrible. As a customer service employee and barista, I can say that if I were to act like this I would be fired. When we got to the window there was no greeting, and we're only told a total. He even sort of mocked my friend and I when we told him we worked at another coffee shop but wanted to give Dunkin' Donuts a try. When we drove away with our drinks and tried them they were both sickly sweet and I just couldn't get myself to drink it. We went back through the drive thru and asked it to be remade in the most polite way possible since we have to deal with the same sort of thing where we worked. The man in drive thru responded with only "yup"s and "I don't know what you expect me to do you wanted flavoring". When I asked politely if it was possible to only put one pump he just paused and said "yup". When I got to the window for my new drink, he said nothing to us even though we thanked him for remaking it. My drink wasn't full, and this time they had NO flavoring. Way too irritated to give DD another try, especially after customer service like that. Do not recommend...
   Read moreI honestly wasnât going to leave a review about this as I never really had issues previously with dunkin or their online services however the past hand full of times iâve ordered online the website has let me place the order (they will tell you online when things are sold out which is nice) and every time iâve come in to pick up my order theyâve either not had half of it in store despite saying they did online, or didnât have it ready on time despite me waiting before going to go pick it up and despite waiting in store for over 5 minutes, mind you I was the only person inside at the time and there werenât many cars in the drive through lane; employees were just too busy talking and looking at me as if I were a baboon in the coffee shop. I roped it up to be a fluke at first but the more this happens the more I realize they just donât value their online services as well as their in person services which is extremely disappointing considering I always opt to order online in time crunches and this completely invalidates that fact. If I order online I expect you to have in store what you say you have on your website and I expect my order to be ready by the time you tell me...
   Read moreHorrible customer service. Everytime I go into the shop I have to wait like 5-10 min. to get my order taken and about 20+ for food. This morning they were understaffed and my sister and I went inside. We didn't have to wait that long to get our order taken but the guy was very slow. After he took my sister and I's order, he made our coffee but we had to wait for our food. I ordered 2 hash brown bags and my sister ordered a croissant. We went by the waiting area and were very patient. After about 10 minutes we started to get anxious and then about 6 more people walked in and got their food and drinks before we had even gotten ours. After about 15 minutes I finally got my hash browns, except I only got one and not the 2 I ordered. I didn't want to complain and make it harder on the guy so I kept quiet. After about 20 minutes my sister grew angry because they helped another guy. By then we realized they weren't make my sisters croissant so we tried to get the guys attention but every time , he wouldnt look at us and he'd ignore us. So we left.
