Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Buchanan

got a pink drink and just wanted light coconut milk. they charged me for it since it “requires more base”. i work at another starbucks in the area, so i know that there are two different buttons for different scenarios. the button they pressed is if someone wants ONLY strawberry açaí base with NO lemonade, water or coconut milk. there’s another button for just more base in a drink that still has one of those other three ingredients in it. when i brought it to their attention they argued and said it was standard even though it’s not. not only did they charge me an extra dollar, it ONLY tastes like coconut milk, so they didn’t even put the light coconut milk and extra base that they “had” to charge me for. (first picture) went to another store and had no problem with them putting extra base and light coconut milk:) (second picture) literally the worst starbucks in the area...

We have been going to this Starbucks since it opened. They have really helped the traffic from the other Starbucks, and they get through customers quickly. Today, we placed a mobile order. I have an intolerance to lactose, so I get oatmilk. When Chris saw that while making the drink, she left the whipped cream off in case there was an allergy of some sort. I really appreciated that because, while I can have some milk, I have very severe peanut and almond allergies that people are not always very considerate about. It makes me feel really good that there are some people and some restaurants that think ahead and really care about allergies, and even intolerances! Thank you...

Customer service was awful. Went here two days in a row, same person on window. Blue hair. At the intercom when we ordered we got two waters (I understand this can be frustrating but you are not making any more money when I order a regular drink) they said “sure thing” and two seconds later goes “what’s wrong with them”. When we got up to the window they said absolutely nothing, handed the waters out and turned away. I work at a drive thru only coffee shop and this is something I would never do or see from any other workers. I am so upset with this experience because I consider this location to be one of my favorites. Won’t be returning...
