So I order from this Domino's once or twice a yard. Normally I have good experience but this last time was not so great. Ordered food online went and picked up in store. When I got home, I noticed I was missing 1 of my items. When I called, they seemed annoyed that I called to complain. They offered a credit for next time, which is not a good option due to how little is ordered from them. They said they couldn't do a partial refund, so they would have to do a full refund and recharge at the reduced price. This would mean i would have to wait for credits to come back in. I paid thru a direct payment from my bank account thru PayPal. But he insisted he now needed a credit card even though 1 was not used. So he finely said he would just cancel the order and then hung up. So I am going to give it a few days and then check my account to see if I even got refunded. It just makes no sense why he didn't just do a credit this way to begin with. Food overall was normal, but I am disappointed that they no longer do the bread bowl...
Read moreThe coupon clearly states that each pasta is $5.99 but this store is charging $6.99. I pointed this out so the worker rudely told me that this store is different and you should read the fine print. I handed him my phone and asked him to show me the fine print and he just walked away saying that you have to call the corporate. I then asked the other guy for a manager and he stated that the rude guy was the manager. I asked for his name so the worker told me that we are not allowed to give name for security reasons. I then asked for an employee number on which he told me that they are not allowed to give that either due to "HIPPA". I ask him that are you sure its due to HIPPA and he assured me repeatedly that he had signed papers for HIPPA and can't give any information or the name of the manager.
This store employees need some training on first customer service and then on policies.
Funny part is that there online tracking shares the name of employees working on my order but they can't give out there name when the customer...

There is a new female manager that is so rude she didn't want to give me her name when I asked she told me they are not allowed to give their names to customers. I have been a very loyal customer to this franchise spending $50-70 per order and sometimes I order maybe 2-3 times a week. Today 5/16/25 I called and they kept hanging up on me I mean I could hear the phone slammed down in my ears.i called 5 times asked to speak to a manager I was hung up on until some lady picked up and said she was the manager I told her my experience and she didn't seem to give a shit. This place has really been going down since this female manager has been there.i will not be ordering from her again I will be giving my almost $250 a week to another place.
