Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Town of Cheektowaga

Came to this location on transit and losson in the same lot at target and i used to come to this moes all of the time and it has gone downhill so fast. The place is filthy and they have nobody cleaning it there is food all over the floor and every single table to sit at was dirty and covered in food and garbage. I had ordered a stack which usually comes with queso on it which is also stated on the menu 3 feet away that it comes with queso but when ordering she told me it would be extra which i didn’t argue with because i just figured they switched it. The salsa bar was almost empty and everything looked like it’s been sitting there for like 3 days and yet again was filthy and covered in old and dry salsa. The freestyle soda machine which has the different flavors of soda was out of almost all of the flavorings so we politely asked if they could switch it or if they were just out entirely and the lady who we had asked rolled her eyes and got her manager in the back to do it after giving us plenty attitude. the atmosphere is just horrible and everyone seemed miserable and like they hated their jobs and frankly i don’t blame them. I will not be returning to this...

Not my first time to Moe's...but potentially one of my last times as I was one of the worst times.

To start - terribly slow customer service. One person in front of my and it took 20 minutes to get to order.

After waiting 15 min to order, a worker made an online in order right in front of me instead. Note to all businesses....STOP VALUING ONLINE CUSTOMERS OVER IN PERSON CUSTOMERS. YOU WILL LOSE THEM!!

Ordered my burrito, worker wrote the meat on the wrapper. 20 seconds later, forgot and had to ask. Then the cashier asked me, followed by the "manager" lady who decided to try and help. 4 times I had to tell someone what I wanted. Why even write it on the foil?

A burrito with chicken, rice lettuce cheese pico jalapenos chipotle sauce was barely 5 inches long. Ya'll are skimping on ingredients like crazy. How can a burrito be $13 when you barely get a tablespoon of protein?? also ordered a single soft sheet taco which apparently doesn't even qualify for a full scoop. Just the employees judgement.

To top it all off...I collect rewards points and the receipt they gave me was the merchants copy so I can't even get the points for the worst meal I've...

Wow - what has happened to this location??!? Gone completely downhill since the last time I was here (before they remodeled). The place was empty when i got there, 1-2 tables of customers- no one in line. The place is FILTHY!!! Every table and bench covered in food, the floors as well. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks or months - the bathroom was also gross. The soda machine also filthy. To top it off the guy in the red shirt in photo (no one had name tags on) seemed clueless and was charging me for guacamole (because a sticker on our burrito signified hot peppers- and had I not been paying attention to the check out screen would have been charged $1.99 for guacamole we never ordered). Also the queso (this same guy) only filled up these tiny cups halfway- until I told him about it, he acted annoyed when I pointed it out. Pop machine empty on flavors and not replenished until I asked the guy. Overall this went from one of my favorite Moes to one of the worst (Transit Rd Williamsville and Union Rd were also awful from previous visits). Will NEVER return after...
