Pocketeer Billiards — Restaurant in Town of Cheektowaga

This place is pretty awesome. Half pinball and half pool hall. Lots of pool tables and about 80 pinball machines.

We were there on a Monday night and there were a couple of people on the floor fixing pinball machines. It’s really cool to have an active person working to fix them, I’m sure it takes a lot of manage with as many pinball machines as they have. The one thing is they are a bit rude. Twice we were playing a machine and were asking to move because they were trying to get by with tools or another machine. And when your actively in a game of pinball you can’t stop or you will lose so pretty rude they didn’t just wait for you to be done or come back when the walkway was clear.

My favorite machines are Metallica, Scooby-doo and fun house. Those were the most fun. The fun house machine particularly I thought was in very good shape, Scooby-doo is pretty cool also.

I couldn’t leave buffalo without having buffalo wings and even though this place isn’t know for the that the food was surprisingly good and cheap. We got 10 wings and I split them with my husband. They were mild. Def spicy but not too too spicy and the wings were super crispy on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside. Blue cheese was good too and they gave baby carrots. When they came out they were steaming hot. You could literally see the steam come off of them.

I was there playing pool and my daughter was with me. The bar tender was continuously pulling her mask down to talk to people. There was another couple of people on a pool table near us that were not wearing a mask at all. My daughter pulls her mask down at the table to eat a French fry and is screamed at by the bar tender to put her mask on. So we reply she is eating a French fry and jester towards the other table and her to see why is she the only one being yelled at. The lady behind the bar continues to do the same thing with her mask and the other couple of people still don't bother with their masks so we finished our game and left. The only time we pulled our mask down was when we were eating a french fry and we get screamed at. Thanks for yelling at the only people that were following the rules. If one peoson is yelled at all should be yelled at. This...

Very cool place we will be back! Just what I like about a bar and often look for only I didn't realize it was a bar too! I thought we would stop to play a game of pool killing some time the other day. What we found was a bar, WITH HAPPY HOUR! It was not too crowded but great prices with a great selection of beers (not my thing but if you like that) I was impressed with the fact they had wine, cider and items I can't find when I go to many bars and pubs since I am not a beer drinker. Huge selection of games which I like when I go to a bar is to have fun things to do as well. So play pool, lots of pinball and watch sports and drink!
