Went through the Drive Thru. Ordered Two Extra Large French Vanilla Cap's. We were NOT TOLD THEIR MACHINE WAS DOWN. SO INSTEAD OF INFORMING US OF THIS INFO. THE EMPLOYEES ARE HAND MAKING THEM. AT NO TIME WHEN WE RECEIVED THEM, DID THE SERVER SAY, OUR MACHINE IS DOWN . PLEASE TRY YOUR CAPS AND LET US KNOW IF THEY ARE OK. NOPE NOTHING WAS SAID . WE GOT HOME BOTH OF OUR EXTREMELY WATERED. YES WATERED DOWN NO TASTE, NO ANYTHING EXCEPT COLORED WATER. FOR WHAT WE PAID. WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED AT THE TIME OF ORDERING. NEITHER OF US WOULD HAVE PLACED IT. WE WOULD HAVE GOTTEN REGULAR EXTRA LARGE COFFEES INSTEAD. AFTER CALLING THE STORE, IT WAS THEN THAT THE SERVER SAID OUR MACHINE HAS BEEN DOWN ALL DAY. WE HAVE BEEN HAND MAKING THEM. WHEN I STATED, WELL IF I WOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD YOUR MACHINE WAS DOWN, WE WOULDN'T have ordered that. She said you come back and we can remake them. I then asked is the machine still down? Yes. I then said No, But you should have asked us to try our beverages before we left the window. I am not coming back to your location tonight. I do want my name put down, I will come back and get credit for 5.20 for my next two CAPS. I also asked ARE you the manager, No. but My supervisor is standing here and told me to handle this. Read moreOn 9/6/23 I go to this Tim Hortons drive-through usually every morning and today I noticed there was a new worker at the window who handed me the wrong order so I gave it back to him and advised him I’m sorry but this is not my order so he said, OK I’ll check the order now. He checked the order and then gave me another coffee which I thought was a coffee and gave me my food , by the time I got to work which was 20 minutes away. I had realized when I got to work and tried to drink my coffee, but he gave me the wrong order again it was a tea and I work too far from here and I start work at a certain time so I can’t just leave and come right back to go ahead and change my my order or get a refund so I came the next morning to the same Tim Hortons at 2413 Harlem that I always go to and the manager said, unfortunately if I didn’t call, I can’t get a replacement coffee when I told him yesterday there was a new guy at the window and he knows there was a new guy at the window He refused to give me my coffee for Free. He said I need to pay for another one even though he messed up my order yesterday. I asked for the Bacon, scrambled loaded wrap (read it word for word at thr drive through)!!! Got to work They give me a farmer's wrap, immediately went back and the girl at the counter argued with me about the different type of wraps they have, when I told her I read it word for word off the menu, she continued to argue with me, but offered to make a new one, the correct one, that had the hash brown in it. Everyday they charge me $8.45.... today I went and got my medium, hot coffee, 2 sugar 1 cream and I asked for Chipotle sauce on the side, they charged me $9.22!!! This has happened several times. I think whomever is cashing you out at the drive through is paying for their own food, because everyday it's a new price!! Other tim hortons charge less! It makes no sense!
