I usually don’t write reviews but it’s time to say something because this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this place. Ordered a sub through the app, there’s nowhere to leave special instructions anymore for some reason, all I wanted to write was “lite tuna- 2 scoops instead of 4”, because when there’s 4 scoops it’s just way too much tuna. The coupon I used was only able to be used online or in the app, so I place the order and decide to call them to see if I can just tell them about the lite tuna over the phone before they start making it. I called them literally 8 TIMES with no answer, I’m sure that seems excessive, but I’m paying for this food and I would like it made a certain way, not my fault I can’t leave special instructions through the app anymore for this location, maybe y’all should change that because it’s clearly a huge inconvenience for customers. I thought maybe it was super busy and that’s why they weren’t answering, so I let it go. But when I go to pick it up and get there, there’s literally no customers in the building at all, only one person walked in right before I did, so why couldn’t they answer the phone? They didn’t look busy at all, and I know there’s stuff to do in the back, I used to work at subway when I was younger, but nothing ever got crazy enough to where I couldn’t answer the phone for a customer (and I worked at a busy location), that’s why there’s usually always 2 employees for closing shifts, it would’ve taken 30 seconds of her time to answer that phone call, and I would’ve actually enjoyed the food that I paid for. Two employees standing on the front line with no customers in the store, 2.5 hours before closing, and they couldn’t answer the phone? What’s the excuse? Answer the phone, the dishes can wait. Then I get home, the sub is loaded with tuna, and it’s made on the wrong bread, the receipt taped to the bag states the bread I ordered, and it’s correct, it’s exactly what I chose in the app, but the bread I got was not what I ordered, it was also missing ingredients, there was no pickles on it, and I ordered extra cheese…..def didn’t seem like extra cheese to me. Ordered the sub toasted too, didn’t look/seem toasted and it was crazy mushy, like bread soaked in water mushy, there’s no way my sub was sitting that long, I got there a few mins after ordering it. I think they put tuna on the top and the bottom of the sub too, which is so weird, it should go on the bottom only and the cheese should be melted onto the bread unless you order a tuna MELT, bottom should be the cold tuna and top should be the sauce, cheese, and crispy vegetables, who wants to eat a mushy tuna sandwich and they can’t taste anything else on it, maybe if y’all didn’t load it up with a pound of tuna it would’ve fit only on the bottom. I tried scraping some of the tuna off, ate about half of it and tossed the rest, I just couldn’t do it. Money down the drain and I will not be coming to this location anymore because like I said, not the first time I’ve had issues. Do better, because there’s way better sub places that charge less than what you do, and there’s way better subway...
Read moreHello world, I want to give a shout out to these three young ladies Patasia, Jenna and Makayla they were wonderfully patient with me and my family. We knew subs, but didn't know what we wanted, not even condiments, but toasted. We toasted all bread without the cheese bread toasted with the cheese, meat and confused the staff, but they stayed professional.
We didn't know what meat we were going to get they were not like aggravated frustrated we started one told them to stop it start another. They were very respectful they were knowledgeable about what condiments and what may taste better and what we should do with doing footlongs or 6 in. I know it's only food but this really helped tremendously because it was dinner time and we just came from basketball practice so it was like get
something quick for the kids so that they can shower and get ready for bed.
They ate the subs and the subs was so delicious they said. Thank you so much ladies.
I would really love to thank these young ladies because again they were patient with all of us and they got our orders right after we gave them so much wrong LOL and they were courteous so thank you so much for being helpful Subway team members. I

I returned to the store myself and explain to the lady I would like some meatballs put on this. They said they would make me a new one since that one had been sitting around for a while now. They made me a 6-in sub. I said it's supposed to be at 12-in sub. She said they only carried you for a 6-in sub. I said well then make the 12 and I'll pay the difference.
