ABSOLUTELY FILTHY…DINE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!
So after driving for about 4 hours (across the state from the west) we decided to get off the highway/interstate and look for something to eat and to stretch our legs. We found this Arby’s which initially looked decent at a quick glance so we decided to pull in and get something to eat. We get out of the car and start stretching, while doing so I notice a black box about the size of a shoe box (maybe even slightly bigger) I walk over because I was fairly certain what it was but just wanted to confirm and sure enough it was exactly what I thought it was which is a rodent trap which was confirmed by the Orkin sticker on the box! At first I’m thinking to myself well pests can be a pain and this can happen to the cleanest of people….yeah right…. After checking it out I realized that there was another bait station approx 10 ft away and then another and another and another…. I literally stopped counting at 12 bait boxes! Oh btw these boxes are specifically used for RATS (rather than mice in which the bait stations are much smaller)! The amount of bait stations tells me they have a MAJOR rat infestation to the point that some of these stations are just a couple feet apart! When we went inside to use the bathroom the entire floor in the lobby area was covered in grease (kind of like a skating rink) which I knew from working in a fast food restaurant when I was younger that this was typically like that behind the counter where the food is prepared. This is usually the result when dirty mop water from the food prep area is used, meaning they are lazy and can’t be bothered to get fresh mop water! If anybody who is elderly or physically impaired will end up on the floor it was literally that slippery! I was absolutely shocked at just how filthy this Arby’s was and management and or corporate needs to get this addressed IMMEDIATELY! I wish I had taken pics but I was trying to get as far away from this location as...

They missed the order for my daughter, poor kid had to wait for a long time for her tenders. When I pointed out, they started showig me the receipt.. Do they not know, a simple apology would have been a better customer service!
The fountain drink disposed black particles in the drink. When we complained they changed the cup. However, it was pointless - the other dispenser was broken so we were forced to use the one producing dirty drinks
Did not provide sufficient number of forks or spoons we had to ask multiple times
I ordered a sandwich (not a burger) they never asked me if I want it toasted. I got a raw bread sandwich, that I could not eat.. I was so disgusted that I did not even feel like speaking to them.
All kids meals were charged at regular price
Overall, a terrible experience. It was a mistake stepping in for a quick meal with kids in the middle of a long drive..

Read moreWe went through drive thru. There was one car ahead of us. We ordered 5 sliders, a curly fry, mozzarella sticks, and a shake, it came to almost 40 dollars. The worker at the speaker said it would be a 6 min wait for the chicken for the sliders. Got to the window, and he was absolutely miserable. I guess I'm going to assume they were short staffed, and he was complaining about the other employee making the food. First off, 40 dollars for two people for a little amount of food is a disappointment. Second ,the drive thru worker was definitely making things awkward, and I felt like we were putting him out. Thirdly , the food was cold and we had to pull forward because they never put the mozzarella sticks down. Also the mint shake was not done with the chocolate drizzle. It was just the shake mix and whip cream. For an almost 20 min wait, and 40 dollar charge for cold food, Definitely a disappointment for Arby's. I used to enjoy it, but I think it will be the last time...
