Giving them a three because overall the food was still pretty good, but I have a few problems to talk about here. For one I don’t know why but you cannot buy Dave’s Singles or Doubles or any other Dave sandwich for that matter on the app for this location. I don’t know why but I have tried a few times. Last time I tried because I had a promo and when you click it, it takes you to the burgers and they aren’t there. Last time it literally switched me to another location without me even knowing and when I tried to pick up they told me I had the wrong restaurant. Utterly ridiculous.
Anyways, tonight I ordered 2 Baconators on my app as I was leaving work and added tomatoes, lettuce, and onions on them. When I got to the location there was like 4 cars lined up in the drive thru that weren’t moving. The restaurant itself was all dark and barely even looked open. As I was sitting there someone tried to walk in and the door was locked. Then one of the cars in front of me got fed up and took off.
I waited a few more minutes until it was finally my turn and as I pulled up, nothing was said to me so I decided to wait. After what felt like 2 minutes of silence I finally asked if someone was there and a voice said yes, please bare with me in a somewhat agitated tone. Then about another 30 seconds or so later he asked for my order and told me to pull forward. After a few more minutes I pulled up to the window and my bag was handed to me 30 seconds or so after that by an employee that looked stressed out. I checked the bag and saw my burgers but couldn’t verify what was on them until I got home.
Upon arriving and further inspection, both of them are missing the veggies I had specifically asked for. What a surprise! How you can screw up something that is literally on screen is beside me. It seems I can barely go to any fast food place these days without the employees royally screwing something up. The KFC across the way is notorious for this. Clearly from what I experinced and have been reading from other reviews, there is something going on with this location. Understaffed or just hiring the wrong people or both. I really don’t know. Read moreMy wife, 3 Kids ages 1,2 and 5, and I all stopped here after placing our order on the app. I ordered 3 biggie meals for the kids, a chicken wrap for my wife and a combo for myself. When we arrive there was a line of 5 or 6 cars ahead of us so my wife went inside to pick up the order. I parked to keep my hungry and tired kids calm and waited over 15 minutes. There was a huge delay because they supposedly ran out of chicken nuggets before 1pm on a Saturday, and needed to substitute them for spicy nuggets and that still would have taken 9 more minutes.
First of all we're 20 minutes since I placed the order at this point and my kids are close to losing it.
Secondly, no one in my family except me eats, or enjoys spicy food, and one of my children is severly allergic to certain spices so we never risk it with God knows what's in the "spicy" additive. My wife offered a solution of just using a small chicken strip instead but the staff was unwilling to offer any solution aside from uncharging us and still making us wait even longer, while the rest of the food sat.
When she decided to give up she left irate which then lead to tears on the way home from her and my kids. What was supposed to be family lunch turned into a nightmare of a drive home.
Once I had fed my kids and laid them down I returned to the store to get the names of the people she spoke with and request a refund, the person running the front basically pointed to our food which had been left sitting on the counter, attempted to get the attention of both Eric and Lily the managers and stood there saying their names across the space instead of walking the 15 feet to go over to them. I had very little patience to offer this place so I left.

Read moreMy mother and I were going to order food from the drive thru on 8/29/23. There were four cars ahead of us. As we pulled up to intercom to place our order nobody said anything. We waited five minutes and my mother asked if anyone was taking orders. By then there was now at least six cars behind us. Anyhow, some very rude individual came on the intercom and said, "No boss I ain't ready". My mother proceed to wait another two minutes. Cars behind us started honking. My mother asked again if someone could take our order. This time the response was "God damn I just told ya I ain't fricking ready. Jesus Christ." I told my mother to pull around so I could go in and speak to a manager. The so called manager was at the cash register standing there and doing nothing. I proceeded to tell him about his rude employee was. The manager not only didn't apologize or say anything to the employee, but he had the audacity to look at me like I had two heads and reply "Well what do you expect? We're busy." Six more customers were parking and walking in as I stormed out. Cicero Wendy's has disgusting and absolutely dispicible individuals working there.
