dumb prices. mediocre food.

i just tried to order a small side of queso, not a bowl but the smallest cup they had & person at the register grabbed a bag of chips & the total came to $3.25. i said oh i didn’t want chips just queso. she said its the same price.

charging for chips when a customer isnt getting any is a poor business decision. atleast give me the option to substitute the chips for another small side of queso. otherwise you’ll lose customers. there’s literally 3 other places in walking distance where i can get way more queso for less so why go to moes where they charge the price of a mcdouble for a side a cheese.

like im sorry but $3.25 for a tiny cup of cheese is ridiculous. this isnt fine dining yall are selling processed cheese lmao

i can get an entire chicken & rice bowl from chipotle for $8. so why would i pay $3.25 for a tiny cup of cheese. i use to work in this plaza & i always wondered why the moes parking lot is empty lol its the prices. theres a chipotle directly across the street & you can go right there and get the same food for half the price. literally. i usually get a bowl with queso from moes it comes to $18. that’s literally more than i make in an hour lmao.

lol call me broke but the economy is beyond awful right now. id be dumb to waste 1/5 of what i make in an hour on some cheese from moes.

lmao a long rant i know but im a business major & anytime i see a business overcharging, or enforcing dumb policies it makes me cringe, because why are u sabotaging your own income. And i wont hesitate to take my money else where even if its 1 dollar lol. because places like this only charge so much because idiots continue to give them their money even when they are being...

The food was good and consistent as to what we have had from Moe’s in the past. The portions were good.

The four people working did a decent job but there was very little personality or interaction from them. It was almost as though they were doing what they had to do but didn’t go above that at all. Almost like they didn’t want to be there.

The restaurant was a mess. The majority of the tables were dirty, the floor was littered with spilled nacho chips, straw wrappers, and other refuse. The napkin holder was empty and the salsa bar was missing two choices and looked like it hadn’t been attended to in a couple of days; salsa was dried out, salsa was on the bar and dried to it, and it looked like old pudding with a crust on the top. Although out of their control, the drink machine was broken but one of the employees informed us of it being partially inoperable.

One employee had an ear pod in their ear which makes one think that they were more interested in whatever was streaming through it than the people coming to get food.

I would have a hard time returning to this restaurant and would not recommend any family or friends going there.

The lack of pride shown in all aspects was sad and not good...

I will never go to this moes location ever again . First , I was never greeted . Every other location In WNY states Welcome to Moe’s” . At this visit I got what can I get you today ? I stated to the lady that I wanted a burrito. She asked me what rice and I asked her the difference between the rice. She gave me the difference. I went for more of the Spanish rice version then she asked me what chicken And I told her white chicken she did not put a lot of chicken on there so I asked if she could put me a little bit more so then she said it was gonna be a up charge, but I’m like you barely put chicken on there so she put a little bit more she asked for the rest of my toppings then I get up to the register the lady rung me out was very nice. She was very pleasant. She asked me how my day was she rang me up and then I see is a up charge for the chicken, the queso and the guac, but the lady who made my burrito never communicated no additional charge but the chicken I simply walked out of Moe’s and did not pay for my food or...
