Update 6/15/25: Went here again on Tuesday June 10th 2025 for some much needed dinner. Was greeted by a host and sat at a booth. She immediately pointed our the dessert pizzozi on the menu. Our server was pete, and he was very pleasant and his knowledge of the menu was great! He also made sure to check on us constantly. First we all started with waters. Then we looked over the menu at any appetizers, We ordered boneless wings BBQ with blu cheese and ranch. I also ordered a watermelon margerita, which turned out very good! Even the wings were very good! For entrees, I got the Philly sandwich with brocoli, my mom got the endless soup and salad that were part of a special- we had brocoli soup, chicken tortila soup (slighty spicey but tasty!) and wedge and house salad. I say We because we all tasted the soups as well. Unfortunately i forget what my dad got, but even he was impressed with the food, and seemed to enjoy it alot more. For dessert, we all ordered Pizzozi's! What are they you may ask-- they are cookie cakes that are baked on a skillet, and they can come in different flavors. My dad got the snickers one, which also had snickers inside the cookie. I ordered the triple chocolate one- with chocolate ice cream and it comes with a chocolate cookie too. Glad that they have an option for both vanila and chocolate ice cream, because some do prefer chocolate- and if one goes to these places, that's not always offered. Finally, my mom had a mini one, with vanila ice cream- only thing is some flavors aren't offered in the mini one. We enjoyed all of our food! we paid with a credit card, and left a cash tip. We hope to be back soon! Went here for the 1st time on Monday November 4th 2024 with my parents. My parents have been here before, but I have not. Host greeted us with a smile and sat us right away in a booth. Easy parking as the place is right in front of the nanuet shopping centre. Place is very big with a bar and plenty of booths and tables. Server greeted us right away as well, as gave us time to decide what we wanted to order. Since we weren't sure what we wanted. They have everything from pizza to salmon to pasta dishes, to sandwiches, and bunch of beers and cocktails. I got a blue cocktail that was very good. My parents also had some cocktails as well. Unfortunately waited too long to write this lol! After we ordered some drinks, we started with the Nachos. We then decided on our entrees, I ordered the california Chicken club sandwich with Sweet potato fries, my mom ordered the same thing but with regular fries, and my dad had the brocoli soup and house salad combo. Server was great about checking in on us, and making sure we were happy. We enjoyed our nachos, as well as our meals. Restroom was also very clean. Paid with a credit card and left a cash tip. Hope to be back...
Read moreToday was sadly a let down. I was very disappointed in the service. All hell broke loose on one of the biggest holidays in Rockland County. BJs, the hub for great bites and even better beverages did not run a good show today. The manager on staff Issac is a sore eye to the corporation. Very unprofessional and lazy to say the least. A party of 30 arrived late for their reservation by an hour and a half and the other customers were at fault for their mistakes. Only two waitresses were in charge of giving individual checks to each member of the party. The manager was no where to be found to assist the works meanwhile the place was not nearly as packed out as it can be. We had been waiting almost 20 mins to get service since we sat down. Finally a lovely waitress sharita came over ordered us drinks. Our main dishes came out before our appetizers. Then they sat under a heat lamp because they messed up. The manager issac came over once to tell us he will just assign us a new staff member and set us as priority. Sharita came back to get us another round of drinks. The new staff member was no where to be found. I think issac is a poor excuse of a manger for BJs. We saw 3 other issues that needed manager attention and all we saw was issac getting in his mileage on his fit bit taking strolls up and down, avoiding customers like the plague. For customers that come here around 7x a month this is a disgrace. I had to review. We have met with manager John for a minor occurrence and it’s very sad to hear he is leaving, he is the face of the company and absolutely lovely, a man who cares for his employees and business. The establishment was very disorganized today, employees running around like a chicken with their head cut off. Sadly they had no guidance from their manager on how to pull the experience together. I am sorry for the people under his management. When we asked for our next round of drinks they explained they did not have anymore wine glasses so we drank out of stout glasses. Fine with me double pour to fit the glass. The business is loosing money thanks to issac. It is not fair to the employees busting their can to get by with only the bare necessities. They do not have enough utensils or glasses. I love coming here the employees like Monica, Taylor, Taisha and sharita. I just hate to see that this place can fail due to lack of management oversight. Mothers of the county were speaking on Facebook about an incident that same manager issac failed to appear to help when an elderly man fell from his chair and needed medical attention even as police and medical responders arrived issac never once checked in. Hopefully BJs will open their eyes and reevaluate who they have in management, the employees and customers...

A BAD EXPERIENCE.
Manager killed ambiance by turning off music and turning lights up to 100% over 20 minutes before their closing time!! 👎👎
To the Manager: If you want to leave early, then close an hour earlier - or find a new job!
We sat down about 35 min before they closed and ordered 2 appetizers, 1 soup, a burger, a kids meal and a few drinks. Total cost was pushing $100 which was already high for a processed TGI Friday's style food.
What was really upsetting was the attitude of the staff and the management. From the moment we walked in the door I could tell we weren't welcome. The hostess rolled her eyes as we asked to be sat. The waiter seemed annoyed as well, rushing us to order with his first sentence explaining the kitchen was closing soon (Closing time was 11pm, and this was around 10:34pm).
We were forced to settle on Chili as they had apparently thrown out the soup for the day in preparation to leave. They then rushed all our food out at the same time despite asking for our apps first. It felt as if they dumped our plates in spite, practically pilling things on top of each other, seemingly irritated as they waited for us to scramble to clear space for our entire order all at once.
Then a few minutes later the manager cranked the lighting to 100% as if to say PLEASE GET OUT! The restaurant was partially full with about 20 other tables at the time. The manager then proceeded to walk to the front of house and "eye-up the crowd" as if to reinforce his desire for us all to leave. So we rushed down the food and ended up leaving upset and feeling ripped off.
To top it off the next day my son, wife and I all felt sick. Guessing they didn't properly cook the food as they were in a rush to leave.
As a former corporate restaurant worker in my youth, I find this attitude very frustrating. Not sure why you would want to close early when the place was still pretty busy. Other tables were also annoyed and the girls at the next table over said they do this all the time and to just ignore it. For us, with the lights cranked up the moment our food was shoveled upon us, it was just impossible to ignore or enjoy the experience at all.
Certainly will never be back and chances are will avoid this chain from any future visits.
