In addition this order arrived ice cold, and it was not the delivery person‘s fault delivery person picked up the order in time delivered in time this food was old and cold and missing tortillas. In addition the plastic container with the salad dressing was filled a quarter of the way you can’t contact chipotle because they only have contacting the prepper and after you tell them what’s missing in the order they don’t care they don’t contact you. They don’t try to replace it. this was the worst food order in history. people just don’t care anymore.
bogus response from the company below you see this is what companies do here on Google reviews they have the contact information for the reviewer and they do not reach out in my case I put the order number, they know EXACTLY who ordered They always say hey reach out blah blah blah we’ll make it right hey, I did reach out however the only way you can contact is via the prepper. I did that and I told them what the issue was. There was zero response and they thanked me for my input, trying to rectify an issue with your company is impossible you have my order number you can track down my contact information . customer service needs improvement.
next step is the credit card company to challenge the charge and inability to contact the company...

Employee handling mobile orders would pack orders, do a “quick” sweep of his section, touch his phone and jump on the line all while wearing the same gloves. Employees cleaning the front tables were throwing scraps onto the floor where customers could step on food and wiping down tables with dirty cloths. We opted to sit in front of the store and had a clear view of the disgusting kitchen. Employees prepping in the back could be seen touching the walk-in and coming back to handle food with the same exact gloves. We sat here for 30 minutes and not 1 employee washed their hands. Cashier was also serving and handling money with the same gloves. Hot bar was a mess with utensils being mixed into other foods. One of us had a burrito and a piece of aluminum foil was inside. We showed them and the employees simply pulled it out and gave it back to us. We told her to make a new one and she caught an attitude.
