Small, tight track (20 sec if you're quick). Electric go karts are fun but you are under strict rules and regulated by the track observer. They start you off slow and only increase your speed by the 4th lap, if you are a full group then good luck passing anyone (if any amateurs make a mistake then the whole race is halted and it still counts as a lap)
Edit May19 2024 with new owners K1: I'm pretty unhappy with my experience with the new owners. I drive 2hrs to experience some thrill and rid myself of the frustrations having to drive slow and follow the rules every day in mundane traffic only to come to a go-kart race track and experience the same rules. Policed by track marshal's halting my race every 2nd lap, not allowing you to use the full power of the karts (even though I'm an existing member at the track, even though I have points and laptimes that are indicative of a good racer, even though I have no history of damaging the track or disrespecting anyone else on the track. I pay good money to race. Its $52 for 20 laps, that is $2.60 per 20 seconds. That is the most expensive 20 seconds I've ever had for the most mediocre racing I think I've ever experienced (I have raced in 3 countries at 6 go-kart tracks).
On top of the unsatisfactory "racing" experience they billed me an extra $8 for membership fees. Can someone please explain to me what that $8 goes towards? Hopefully not $8 towards the marketing to spam my email with deals or the intrusive track marshal inhibiting my track experience.
If you're an amateur at racing and you want to experience day to day regular traffic or teach your kids how to steer & use their brakes then come here. Even if they are terrible drivers, you can expect the marshal's to slow everyone else so they are forgiven at...
Read moreHad a horrible experience at the league, first of it was horribly coordinated because it was only supposed to be for adults but of course the Jr racers were there too! Over 45 people in a room with closed doors and barley no ventilation! Once we got to the area to wait to go onto the track I had to wait over 2 hours to get 2 races!! And on top of that for both races my karts accelerator was not working around the turns which made me be put in last, I went to the guy and told him about this and he said he will tell the mechanic and put me in the same kart in the next race! Its kart 21 so don't use it!!
!!Update! 1-28 I was told to call or email I called 4 times and left a voicemail and emailed twice and never received a reply! The first night of league was last night was not too good just like the meet and greet! Every single race there was a problem with at least one of the carts, the mechanic was not there to fix any of them, was there from 6:30 to 9:30pm and raced four times! I recommend that they should get brand new carts and stop fixing old ones over and over again!
Update #2 Last night was the second night of league and was an absolute disaster! Sad, Slow, and wait! Was there from 6:30pm - 9:40pm and only raced twice!! Due to all the problems with this place I had to cancel my league membership! The only good thing with this place is the people who work there expect the mechanic because he's obviously not fixing the carts! Maybe next year autobahn! Not Ps the only way I or my family is coming back is if the carts new. Which obviously wonât happen! Stay Safe! If yâall actually cared...
Read moreNot a good customer service experience. We were waiting in line to buy tickets. There was 2 cashiers, one of the cashiers was with one customer that was having issues with the payment method and cashier was switching registers back and forth, it seemed it was like a never ending transaction. The other cashier told us, "you can wait for the other cashier (the one with the never ending transaction) because I'm going to take care of a big party now and there's a lot of kids, it's going to take time", so we moved to wait for the other one. We're still there waiting. For some reason the cashier that was going to take care of the big party got available because the members of the party needed to register. Instead of calling us, she called a woman and a kid that got there after us, and we tried to say something and waved at her and she kept talking to the customer and didn't acknowledge us. After she finished with those two, another group of three people came and also she called them before us. Meanwhile the other cashier still trying to get the payment from that customer that was having payments issues. Long story short, I had to call the cashier out, she was pretending that she didn't see us and that she didn't remember what she said, looking at us like she didn't know what happened. Mind you that the there were other 3 employees behind the registers just standing there doing nothing. One of them decided to take over one of the registers, ,(we're still standing there), and she called a lady and a girl that just stepped in. The disorganization of the checking in process of this place is...
