McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Clarkstown

Dont get me wrong...I do like a lot of the food....dont eat it much cuz u know have to be careful how we eat right. Well this particular McDonald's was in upstate ny somewhere...the guy that took the order was like spaces out or on some really good !#×%. We tried to use the machine to order faster.. That didnt work because it was different that the one at home...we couldnt put that we didnt want salt on the fries** so my daughter goes to the guy taking orders with her receipt and says "Im trying to order this but I dont want salt on the fries" He looks at her like he's lost and responds..."it doesn't say that" well doh!!! The machine doesn't let you make the choice ..on top of that it offers mustard on the burgers.. So when I daughter says mom order mine plz cuz I'm gonna punch this jerk in the face Im like woah woah...whats going on.so I proceed to give the order ..no mustard on the burgers no salt on the fries...3x....k.....get my food...missing a burger and an order of fries....Urghh...mind I I'm tired from driving and cranky as well...so I rudely interrupt the line and put the bag on the counter. Yea bag even tho we have a number to place on the table ..which they dont bring your food to u either. !!!!...So now it seems the shift is changing and the new/nexr manager is here....ma'am ma'am pleasegive me a chance to help you what happened..so I tell him and he saus I got u. Asks for a few min then calls me over...passes me the bag...still didnt get the burger right...smh....got that fixed and a free med. Fries ...no one ate them until my daughters roommate gave in...lol. I mean c'mon ppl make mistakes we are only human but c'mon your behavior and how I talk to ppl amd deal with thier food says a lot about...

I came to McDonald’s around 10:30 to 10:45 PM. I pull up to the first speaker, and the worker takes the order of the person behind me first. I wait at the first speaker for a little bit, and the person behind me gets told to move up, the person behind me, tries to tell the worker that he can’t because my order hasn’t been taken. Maybe the first speaker was broken because at this point, the worker comes to the back window and motions for me to pull up. I pull up and tell him that I never got my order taken, and he says. “ yeah .. next window.” when I go to the next window, a different person doesn’t realize that I didn’t get my order taken. He starts taking my order, but I can tell he’s having trouble taking it. I have a rather long order so him asking what I want and then closing the window after every item to put it in the system is a little time-consuming, so I shortened my order. After I paid, they told me to pull up to the drive thru pick up stall. when a different guy from the first 2 finally brings me my food out, he forgot to bring my drink. Not only that, the person taking my order got my order completely wrong, the bun on the burger i got was hard as hell. I ended up going to Spring valley instead. lastly, they didn’t have Sprite, fruit punch (i think they permanently don’t have that anymore) or strawberry banana smoothies. Huge disappointment to...

Horrible customer service. I was there about an hour ago. Waited 25 minutes for two 6-pieces and a small fries! They didn’t even give me napkins. When they took my order, they didn’t understand and loudly and with a slight attitude asked “you want what??” - and before she turned her headset off, she proceeded to begin to speak about me, but it was quickly turned off. No “hi, how are you?” - or “have a nice night” - no smile. Nothing. Just straight robotic or attitude. I understand nobody really likes being there that late, but if that’s the case, then don’t work in customer service. They’re always nasty. Ever since they changed the whole storefront. They need to do better when hiring their employees and managers. Even the spring valley McDonald’s has better manners than the location in Nanuet. And on a Saturday night they barely have anyone on shift working. With all that money this store spent to rebuild, you guys can’t afford to pay a few more people? And yet somehow McDonald’s is still in business 🤦🏽‍♀️ Did I mention my fries had no salt and my nuggets were over cooked? The lady who took my order also neglected to give...
