Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Town of Clarkstown

I work nearby and ordered for myself and my co-workers. I picked up the order and when I got back to the office I realized they forgot the queso (which happens often). I called and asked if the delivery driver could bring it to me Bc I had already used my break time picking up the order and it was their mistake. The girl (who wouldn’t give me her name) was very rude and told me they “aren’t allowed to deliver one item” and I would have to pick it up. I explained again that I couldn’t and that this was their mistake. She told me she was just “following orders” so I said “ok I can understand that. The. Can I please speak to the manager”. Her response was that the manager was too busy to come to the phone Bc she was “on the line”. At this point I had to hang up bc I was at work and couldn’t waste any more time. This employee never even said “oh I’m sorry about that” or apologized in any way for the inconvenience. This is why I prefer Chipotle. Also. Check your orders before you leave bc they obviously don’t care to...

I once rated this place 5 stars, but recently, the service has taken an absolute nosedive. You hardly ever hear the obligatory "welcome to Moe's" anymore, even if a manager is on the line.

The people putting food together just casually sling ingredients around, which ends up creating messy tacos & burritos with beans, onions, and cheese spread unevenly around, giving you a completely different taste with each bite and making the shells messy, soggy, and frankly disgusting. The fact that they are often casually talking with one-another and laughing as they do so adds salt to the wound.

My wife and I love Moe's, and it used to be our favorite place to eat before a movie or just if we felt like having a little fun. The fact that we don't go very often anymore isn't because the quality of the food has gone down, but because the service has...

i'm so over this location. I have no idea where all these good reviews are coming from. They used to have great costumer service and great food at a good value but now it's just a joke every time I go in there. The whole staff seems like they need a hug because i don't think i've ever seen one of them smile or even pretend like they are having a good day. When they first opened they were defiantly giving you the amount of food your paying for, but now I pay $30 for two kid size burritos that wouldn't even fill up a child and the free chips they give, they used to give you enough to feel satisfied but now it's just a hand full, I can see the bottom of the bag with the amount of chips they give.
