Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Colonie

I usually dont have an issue with this dunkin however today the lady that served us was rude. I beleive her name was naaem. She asked me and my husband what we would like and I said I would like a frozen coffee.. She looked annoyed at the idea and quickly walked away behind the wall where she was no longer visable. Drive thru was packed so I thought maybe she ran over to help them. She comes back and asks anything else? My husband goes yes i am getting a frozen coffee as well. Her response "You could have told me that so I could have made them together...." I said well you could have asked, how was I supposed to know she ran off to start it before we were finished ordering, even if I did how did I know she could make multiple in one etc etc. She then says it AGAIN. I am a daily customer I come thru the drive thru at least twice a day, today I was in the drive thru giving my order and I could barely hear my self or the person taking my order because of a girl screaming what sounded like she was screaming at another employee. Mind you this is not the first time I have heard this same girl acting like a raving lunitic, then when i pull up to the window it was much louder, and sounded pretty hateful and cold, Who ever was being screamed like that I hope quit, because no one deserves that treatment. this is unacceptable to me and I will not be returning to this location. And I will be telling my friends all about this horrible experiance i had today! Used the DD app at the Dunkin at 890 New Loudon Rd in Latham Across from the Army Navy store. The order went thru the app successfully. When I arrived, I was told they out of 2 of the 4 items I ordered. I said cancel the whole order. They refused to refund my %% or give me a substitute on my two missing items.thw 20 something girl became belligerent very quickly while the new 18 year old boy stood dumbfounded by her behavior. No manager around of course. An adult would have solved the problem. Had Colonie Police on scene, nice as pie but of no use. Lesson 1 DONT USE THE APP. Lesson 2.
