Vintage Pizza changed to Fella’z Hot Chicken & Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Colonie

If I could give a zero I would, wanted to order 1 large and 1 medium pizza…$3.00 for each topping. $9.00 for just toppings…for sausage, onion and green peppers…that is just for half the pizza. I called to order a pizza for an easier order…I was wrong. The person who answered the phone couldn’t even comprehend taking my phone number, let alone taking an order. After the 5th time repeating my phone number I decided to order over website and just pay the extra. I used to order here all the time. Their pizza was excellent about 2-3 years ago. When I arrived, I stood at the counter for quite a bit of time while the manager argued with a customer. It was my turn to pick up my order. I gave the counter my person my name…I was met with a look of total confusion. Then the Manager went into the back to check in my order. He clearly states to the cook “that looks disgusting” as he boxes up my pizza. I was brought my order…completely wrong. I ordered a large CBR pizza and a Large cheese pizza, half sausage, pepper, onions. I received a medium CBR and a personal sausage pepper and onion pizza. I stated to the manager it was wrong and I ordered 2 larges. The language barrier was difficult and all I could make out was “No, it is right”. I showed receipt and it did not match my online order. Again, I was told “it is right” I took the pizza and decided it was just a honest mistake and I may have ordered incorrectly (the pizza is normally very good, and as long as it tastes good I’ll let it slide). Well…pizza was Terrible…I’ve had better frozen pizzas…sausage looked like dog food and the sauce tasted spiked and the crust…even fully cooked tasted stale…chicken bacon ranch? The chicken was just anytizer chicken and the bacon was raw…absolutely disgusting. Ruined a family pizza night…I am now banned from choosing the pizza place for next get together! Thanks...

What a big disappointment as my take out pizza looked nothing like the one pictured on their Facebook page. This was their New Little Italy Pie. I paid extra ($21.11) for the 12 cut rectangular. It was so light on the toppings, the crust was super thin and pizza was dry and tasteless. I could barely taste the toppings. Did I say this was a disappointment. The best part was when I simply asked for a bit of hot pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese to take home, I was asked to pay extra for condiments ( maybe a .10 - .15 cent cost to them). I was given a hard time and was told that they were a small business and that if I wanted (extras) they could not afford to just give them out. They had to compete with other local business and had to charge customers for asking for Parmesan and hot pepper (really). If I was to eat-in at their restaurant I could have used provided cheese and pepper to my hearts content but that was not the case as it was take-out. I ended up being insulted by the rude obnoxious pizza maker (which immediately made matters worse) while simply trying to get the phone number of the owner to convey my experience with him. I have frequented this business on numerous occasion and after this episode have decided never to patronize them again. I feel bad as the owner is a very nice guy (whom I've met ) and his daughter and the employees are not representing his hard built business by treating customers with respect. Ordered from here for the 1st time on Sunday, needless to say it was not a good experience. I called because when we received our order there were no salads or bread included with it, we ordered a baked Manicotti and Stuffed Shells. As you can see from the attached picture it states that it comes with these things. When I called the first time to let them know that they were missing, the gentleman stated that they don't come with those 2 items. Well as you can see it states that it does. So, I looked at the website again to make sure I wasn't mistaken and after making sure I wasn't wrong I called back. I advised him that their website did in fact state that it was included with all baked pasta dishes the gentleman was very rude this time and stated "well it doesn't come with them." I advise this very rude gentleman that they may want to fix their website then to states this, and due to how rude he was being that I will never order from them again which he replied "good then don't order from here"

So that was the 1st and the last time I will ever order from this place.
