Wendy's — Restaurant in Town of Cortlandt

This is by far the most poorly run Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I live locally and ear here once in a great while. There are always things wrong. Very rarely will you find polite staff here. Most of the time, they act like you’re a jerk for getting food there. Maybe they just don’t want to serve people. In which case, they are succeeding, cause this place is usually dead compared to the other fast food places in the area. I am not sure what is wrong with their soda machine, but the stuff that comes out of it is not good. Today I had to go get a can of soda next door to have with my food. I couldn’t even power through whatever the liquid was that they gave me. I am assuming it’s just really poorly managed here and that’s trickling down. We’ve been going to the newer one that’s a few minutes away and everything is always great and the staff always really friendly. I stopped at this one cause it was closer, but I think I will just add a few extra minutes to my trip from now on, so that I at least get a straw, edible food and liquid that tastes how it’s supposed to. Along with a friendly face. Not sure if they thought remodeling was going to help, but it’s not if they’re going to keep running this...

🚨 The * BEST * Wendy's in All New York!!!

This is how I imagine the food tastes like at Wendy's HQ. It's like they pulled the perfectly made food right out of the commercial. Juicy burgers with fresh tomato's and lettuce. As good as a backyard cookout!

Even the fries here taste fresh and seasoned to perfection. I don't know what they're doing differently here but this needs to be a training store.

It might be a fast food joint but I swear they're cooking with love in here. This is my second day in a row eating here I was compelled to leave a review.

Even the PRESENTATION is on point. Like I said the food even LOOKS like it came out of a commercial. I don't care how my fast food looks but I have to acknowledge the effort. Bravo! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

BTW on day two I got here early and got the breakfast. The sausage biscuits melted in my mouth. The biscuit buns were DELICIOUS. There was none of that weird baking soda aftertaste. All I tasted was biscuits, sausage, egg, and cheese. Amazing.

Had to change rating for five Stars to one Stars. Last three times in a row everything's cold taste horrible. They used to have the best nuggets fries were always blah but at least they were hot. Now everything's cold and gross. Call the restaurant directly spoke to the manager must have been 18 years old. She plainly stated that it's not their fault the food is not as good now as it was before Covid-19. I'm pretty sure they did not change the recipes of everything to call for cold fries cold Burger cold nuggets. Unfortunately the only fast food chain around that has any consistency is McDonald's. Which explains the long lines. Pretty please with sugar on top one days can you please bring some quality back. I will be reposting in a few weeks hopefully you guys will have...
