Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Dunkirk

Wow has this location gone way downhill. The staff does not know what it's doing at all. Just as a for instance I went for a ham and cheese hoagie and I asked if it could be toasted and warmed up and the gentleman there said yes of course !! It was colder than a winter in Western New York and the cheese was like it was taken out of the freezer and the girl basically threw it out the window at me and it's on plastic bag but with no other bag so the plastic bag was basically opening as she was throwing it out the window. I've seen this location going downhill in every way for a while now but I didn't want to admit it. I won't be going here any longer and I will definitely warn everyone at JCC not to use this...

I went out with my mother and sister to Tim Hortons, got some coffee and food. The food was served to us and it was just plain cold. The coffee was great, but my mother's hot chocolate was without whipped cream even though they charged her for it. Her food was also cold and didn't have any cheese when she asked for extra. She went in to a man wearing gloves, told him what was wrong with the sandwich and he said, "But I have to ask one of the girls." You had gloves on buddy, you could've just thrown on cheese and it would have been over with. Now I know why I never come to this Tim Hortons. Worst service. Extremely slow 10+ drive thru wait constantly. You could go inside and shorten the wait a little but its more frustrating watching idle employees joking with each other. But they removed the credit card machine so you have to get in there drive thru line and once you stuck in line you can t get out. Its a classic Tim Hortins drive thru trap. Once you realize hiw bad the service is your stuck! Update: credit card machine fixed. Still super slow. Still 15+ min to get thru line. They make you wait to order so the managers don t see how bad the wait actually is but they probably don't care either. I come here 2 to 3 times a week unfortunately...
