ALDI — Local services in Town of Dunkirk

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ALDIS. SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES THAT I'VE HAD CONSTANT CONTACT WITH HAVE BEEN SO AWESOME. WELL, I'M DISABLED N I HAVE A WORKING ANIMAL. I'VE BEEN GOING IN THAT STORE FOREVER WITH MY DOG. A 4LB CHIHUAHUA. HE WEARS HIS VEST N DOESN'T MAKE A SOUND. ALL THE EMPLOYEES JUST LOVE TO SEE HIM N EVEN KNOW HIM BY NAME. WHEN I GO IN THE STORE HE RIDES IN BUGGY THAT IS FULL COVERED N PROTECTED FOR HIS N OTHERS SAFETY. WELL THE OTHER DAY I WENT IN THERE LIKE I ALWAYS DO TO PURCHASE HIS FOOD BECAUSE HE'LL ONLY EAT ALDIS BRAND. WHEN OUTTA NOWHERE A EMPLOYEE I'VE NEVER SEEN CAME UP TO ME N ANOTHER LADY THAT ALSO HAD HER SERVICE DOG N ASKED US TO LEAVE. THAT OUR "EMOTIONAL DOGS DON'T COUNT AS A WORKING DOG" MY DOG WEARS HIS VEST, NEVER MAKES A NOISE N IS THERE TO HELP ME. SHE WAS RUDE N DEFINITELY UNPROFESSIONAL. NOT SURE WHAT MAKES HER THINK SHE'S EVEN QUALIFIED TO SAY WHAT KINDA WORK MY DOGS DOES. I GRABVED MY DOG N I KEFT. I'LL NOT BE RETURNING. ANOTHER EMPLOYEE THAT KNOWS US, SAW WHAT HAPPENED N SHE WAS LEFT WITH HER MOUTH ON THE FLOOR N COULDN'T BELIEVE WHAT SHE SAW. I'M SO UPSET. ALDIS EMPLOYEES NEED TO REALLY LEARN THE LAWS. I can always count on Aldi's for providing food and products from labels that you won't generally find in the other grocery stores in my area. And they usually offer these items at prices that don't make my heart skip a beat, too. And now that they have utilized the self-checkout that so many other stores have started using, I find that I can get the things I need to buy and be out of the store in a fraction of the time it takes for me to shop in the bigger stores like Tops and Walmart. Aldis is able to provide it's customers with the features of a convenience store with the selection and prices that rival the larger stores in the Dunkirk/Fredonia area. Best place in the area to shop, bar none! Clean, easy to get around, great products, friendly staff and the best prices I've found anywhere. I've been shopping here for years and had very few problems, but when I've had them the staff is friendly and makes it right. I love that they have things like cage free eggs, hormone free milk, and antibiotic free meats for half the cost of other stores, and the produce quality is amazing. I also really enjoy all their international options. I don't see why this isn't everyone's first stop...
