Mason Sandwich Co. is my new sandwich obsession! If I could marry a sandwich, it would definitely be one from this delightful joint. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with aromatic scents that make your stomach do a happy dance.

I'll admit, I was a bit overwhelmed with their menu options. From classic favorites like the Cubano to innovative creations like the Spicy Korean BBQ, they've got something for everyone. Being the adventurous foodie that I am, I went for the "Eggcellent" sandwich, and boy, was I not disappointed.

The sandwich was a work of art, stacked high with perfectly cooked eggs, crispy bacon, melty cheese, and a kick of sriracha mayo. The flavors harmonized so well that it was like a party in my mouth. The bread, oh my goodness, the bread was pillowy soft and lightly toasted, adding the perfect amount of crunch to every bite.

In addition to the scrumptious sandwiches, I have to give a shoutout to their friendly staff. They genuinely seemed to love what they were doing, and their energy was infectious. It's always a pleasure to be served by people who are passionate about the food they're serving.

The only downside is that Mason Sandwich Co s a bit on the small side, so seating can be limited at peak times. But honestly, it just adds to the charm. It feels like you're part of a secret club, enjoying a hidden gem of a sandwich shop.

This place never disappoints. When I first went there I thought it was pricey but it is well worth the money. I have only had the brisket and the po’boy shrimp sandwiches both were exceptional. My favorite is the po’boy shrimp so I keep going back to that one. Will eventually try others but it is a definite go for.

Update: So I am changing my review to hit or miss. The last two times there I have been hugely disappointing. Chicken sandwich last time was an unedible rock. That I will never order it again. It was served with tasteless sticky syrup on the side. Today I order the shrimp po’boy thinking I would stick to what I had liked but the sandwich was ice cold. The bread was chewy (which means old bread) that hurt my teeth to chew it and the lettuce was old. I had asked for the sandwich to be saucy but it was dry. I think I will find another sandwich place for a while as this one has two strikes against them and a third now would mean I will never go back and I want to believe they these were just bad...

I have to agree with the others who are complaining about pickup and delivery at this restaurant. The pickup process was unnecessarily abrasive and rude...maybe even racist.

I entered the restaurant, and I gave them my full name for the order I placed online through GrubHub. They demanded to see my phone to prove I placed the order... Maybe they concurrently had a lot of "Tims" with GrubHub orders picking up food?

It's an odd policy, and even when I asked, they wouldn't tell me why they needed to see my phone. The food was ready for pickup as the bag they ultimately handed me was already behind the person demanding to see my phone.

I'm taking this up with GrubHub as well, but this is indicative of prejudice delivered by an ignorant employee with a minimal amount of authority in this world. What if I didn't place the order with my phone, and I simply showed my ID. Would I be denied the order that I had...
