šŸ“The Pizza Shop in Eastchester! šŸ•This is my favorite type of slice! You can see the caramelized onions and balsamic glaze in it. So good #pizza #whattoeat #comeeatwithme #foodie #foodreview #eastchesterny #nypizza #NY #mukbang #momlife

I felt so comfortable with the staff felt like I was being waited on by a good friend. Hannah was an amazing waitress and the spaghetti and meatballs were delicious 🤤. 10/10 definitely recommend.

There are so many pizza places around here with better pizza and better service. I get things are tough lately for restaurants but this is the second time I’ve ordered delivery from the pizza shop and both times the order was very late. Tonight, 2 hours after I ordered my pizza and after no answer on the phones for 20 minutes I drove to the shop myself to see whether my order was ready. When I walked in there were about 8 people behind the counter working including one up front, none of which even acknowledge that I had walked into the place even though they saw me. The guy at the front counter was sorting online orders that had been printed, walked away from the counter and then came back to resume sorting online orders again without even acknowledging me. After I finally got his attention and told him the address he was about to tell me they didn’t have my order but the delivery person overheard and had my pizza waiting to go out. I told them I had called multiple times but had gotten no answer and the guy at the front shrugged. I get things are tough for restaurants but when people are spending money when it’s tough for them to do so themselves right now to support the business you would think you would at least get an apology or a thank you. I’m in the service industry and bad service is inexcusable when people are attempting to support your business. The pizza itself wasn’t even that good. There are so many much better places in the area- go to polpettina, villaggio, Burrata, Angelina’s, Roma’s or...

We order pizza here all the time and it's good, expensive but good. However.....dont order anything else here anymore. I ordered a prosciutto wrap here before and it was amazing, thick slices of prosciutto and enough mozzarella to complement it. I ordered that same wrap again and it was completely different. It was tiny with BARELY any prosciutto which is what makes this wrap almost 10 bucks. What I got was a tiny wrap FULL of mozzarella. I called to say this and was told it was probably made by someone else in the kitchen from the last time I ordered this....how is that an excuse? Every sandwich should be made the same and not jip people off by putting 95% cheese and 5% prosciutto when they pay over 10 dollars for a wrap. Upon receiving the new wrap, they just quickly gave it to us and basically wanted us to leave instead of being genuinely sorry that they upset a longtime customer since they opened. Stick to the pizza or dont come...

I won’t be coming back. While the food is decent, the prices are absurd. I was charged $24 for a cauliflower crust pizza with two toppings. The pizza itself is very small, and the amount of toppings used are minimal. How can you charge the same per topping for this pizza, when this pizza is half the size of a regular pie? Half the cheese being used as well. While cauliflower crust is usually pricier, there’s no possible way this pizza should be so much with the very small amount of ingredients and toppings being used. The staff can definitely be rude if you question anything here. There’s other places in the area that do better, so that’s where my business will go...
